Wrong size

The shoes were the too big. I order kids size 5.5 and I get kids 6.5.

I did not recieve my purchase in time…

I did not recieve my purchase in time for Christmas, infact it took a lot longer than I thought it would.
And on top of that, it took me forever to get someone to give me a tracking number! It was like pulling teeth, it shouldn't be that hard to get some customer service! Once I recieved the product, I was happy with my purchase!

Good quality, but you will wait a bit

Order Never Received - Credit Card Charged

I ordered a Star Wars lego set from DrawyMe and was charged for the item on my credit card (this was supposed to be a Xmas gift) but never received the item I ordered. I also never received any response from DrawyMe about the status of the order. Had to jump thru all the hoops to cancel the charge on my CC and contact DrawyMe. The only good experience I had was that DrawyMe refunded my CC very quickly. They said the order got “lost”. If I wasn’t diligent about checking my credit card charges, my account wouldn’t have gotten credited and I wouldn’t have gotten the item. Inventory control and accounting practices could be improved upon.

Maki g things right

After losing my sons order for a blanket, he was going to give to his mom on Christmas. They found the order and got it to us and did not charge him for the blanket. It was a little late but my son was ecstatic to give it to his mom. I know sometimes things happen, but it take real integrity to stand up and make it right.

Drawyme sells counterfeit products

Drawyme sells counterfeit products. Fake stuff. Not genuine products. They don't disclose this on their site, but frankly - that would be admitting to a crime so I can see why.... so really, they shouldn't be doing business at all. I bought some Air Jordans for as similar price as what Foot Locker was selling them for, but they were in stock at Drawyme in the size I wanted, other retailers at the time didn't have my size in stock - so I gave them a chance. When they arrived, they didn't compare well with online pictures, so I had them checked out. The Check Check app confirmed them to be fake, and when I confronted them, Drawyme's customer service said they 'never claimed their products to be genuine' though the trademarked logos etc. on their merch say otherwise. Don't buy any branded products here, and if you already did get suckered in- get your product checked out.

Friday. January 27, 2023.

It's day 33 of Baba Yaga not returning the funds of the shoes that I canceled within the 24 hour window.
7-10 business days has turned into 10-20 and counting.
Jessica, a customer service rep, has politely asked me to be patient as they have lots of backed up orders.

Item never arrived. Disputed charge.

I ordered a watch from this site. Took 5 days to process, then I got some fake tracking number that said it had been sent but not “handed over to USPS.” So I disputed the charge with my CC company. Not the end of the world, but would not recommend shopping here.

Not a reliable company

Not a reliable company. I purchased sneakers from the site because they had a return policy if you were not satisfied. The website stated that it was a "women's sizing shoe" so I ordered a size 9. The sneakers arrived and were huge. I emailed the company and they asked to send them a picture of me measuring the insole which clearly showed it was a size 11. They emailed me back stating I was sent the correct size and would give me 25% discount on a future purchase. I emailed them back and reminded them of their return policy and asked for instructions on how to return the sneakers. It's been three days and I have not received an email in return. So now I am out $163 and a very disappointed child. My next step is to file a complaint with the Attorney General's fraud department.
