Excellent product! I was struggling to find any supplier that could meet my needs for replacement drawers. Drawer Solutions had just what I needed, and at the right price.

The bespoke drawer I ordered arrived on time & was of a very good quality. When I fitted it on the runners I it worked smoothly & did the job as I wanted.

Excellent company. I purchased several drawers and a few cabinets while renovating my kitchen. I couldn't find better prices anywhere on the internet and the delivery charges up to the north of Scotland were extremely reasonable and fair. Most internet companies take advantage of the so called 'remote location' (a ridiculous notion for a small island nation!) and will charge a small fortune for delivery. The products were of good quality for the price and easy to assemble. Overall I'm more than happy with the products and the service and will more than likely be buying a few more bits and pieces in the very near future.

Draw arrived promptly and was reasonable easy to put together, although not at smooth as existing draws and had a small gap at the front but that could have been me. Good value for money.

I’d originally been looking to buy 3 identical small drawer units that I could drop into each of our wardrobes, but none of the available products in Homebase, Harveys etc quite matched the dimensions. When I called Steve at Drawer Solutions, he patiently explained the process by which they could bespokely create drawer units to precisely match my required dimensions, and then hung on the phone while he jotted down my order details while I measured my wardrobes, tape measure in hand. This kind of proper old-fashioned customer service continued when I called him back to arrange delivery, and when I called for assistance on installing the runners! Can’t stress enough how well made, well planned and easy-to-assemble these units are. Now if there’s one consistent gripe amongst the reviews for Drawer Solutions, it’s not about the products or service from the company themselves but rather about the regularity with which DPD manage to cock-up deliveries… however, Steve also took direct ownership of that particular problem, and after DPD had (inevitably) failed to deliver my units, he loaded up his own car at 5.30am and drove the units from Luton to my home in Epsom! Now that really is dedication above and beyond, and it enabled me to meet Steve in person (lovely guy!) and discuss his plans to replace DPD with a better courier service… if those slightly negative reviews are what’s making you hesitate about ordering, don’t be alarmed – the product and service IS superb and reliable, and the delivery issue is being rectified. The price of each drawer unit was pretty much what I’d have been paying on the high street (for a compromised product that wouldn’t have fitted properly); however, the sheer quality of product that I ended up with from Drawer Solutions far outshone my expectations – if I’d gone to Sharps for a ‘craftsman-made’ unit, I’d have paid many, many times more and I swear the quality could not have been any better than the drawers that Steve’s team created for me. Happy to recommend Drawer Solutions without any hesitation!

Steve and the team went out of their way to provide great service and amazing value for money. I needed some bespoke sized end panels in a custom colour and had a hard job finding someone to make them. These guys not only gave me a fantastic quote price, but made a really good job of making and delivering them in perfect condition. I also bought a good solid 1200mm sink unit for a very reasonable price from them. I would definitely recommend Drawer Solutions.

I ordered a set of drawers and facings which all arrived as ordered and nicely wrapped, and all went together a dream.

Great company, great quality products. I ordered some kitchen drawer mechanisms to replace what was there in my new house. Only one tiny thing in the instructions (which gives the company 4.9/5) - the vertical measurements for drilling holes to secure the mechanisms to the cabinet are a bit off - I had to work these out myself. But otherwise a robust product when it is installed.

Excellent service and excellent product which was easy to install, even for an amateur DIY er. Internal drawers are a brilliant idea and have improved our kitchen.

I would like to say that this is an excellent company with great service but I was taught not to lie! This is the worst company I have dealt with in 40 years as a joiner. I ordered 5 drawers and was told there would be a 3 to 5 days turn around, after 2 weeks with no contact I tried to call, no answer and left a message, no reply, emailed and eventually recieved a reply saying my order dispatched and will be with me next day, no show, then told a mix up with orders, then waiting for supplies after being told they were ready! I even tried to collect myself and got more excuses, waiting for deliveries etc etc. Eventually one of their men delivered, no apology given just a mumbled "here's your delivery note". Have to say DONOT use this company all you get is lies and excuses.

I ordered three made to measure drawers for existing furniture. Easy to assemble. sturdy and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, one of the base boards was damaged during the delivery, but they sent replacement, which is good. Only the thing could be better is the response to e-mail enquiry. I would use the company again in the future.

I placed my order after choosing the size and quantity i required along with the soft close option.

Received a email to say when they were coming. Goods promptly arrived on said day. Fitted the drawers next day with no problems.

Saved a bundle of cash compared to a local supplier.
Next time i need drawers, i will be using drawersolutions again

Ordered some items 6 months ago and had problems with delivery. Not so this time - items arrived in a few days, very well packaged, and all items correct. For after-market drawers you can't beat this outfit I ordered the Blum internal drawers. They come flat-pack, but as easy as Lego to assemble. No reservations in recommending, and will use again in the future

The order for the made to measure, soft close drawer was executed perfectly and fitted my bespoke kitchen island with no adjustments required. A first class company and I have recommended them to three of my customers already.
