£50 spent on a starter set for a…

£50 spent on a starter set for a Christmas present - pen switched on and then immediately stopped working and is not heating up. Three attempts to contact since the end of last year, no response received. Disgraceful. Will be raising dispute with credit card company.

Draw3D pen

Bought Draw3D pen for my 8 year old granddaughter as a Christmas present, and she loved it from the start designing accessories for dolls/dolls house. Unfortunately it developed a fault, contracted the company to show them and a replacement was on its way same day, can not fault this companies customer service. And I am glad to say my granddaughter is back creating and designing to her heart’s content.

First pen faulty, but quickly replaced.

We ordered a 3d pen and for a couple of days it worked really well. Then it stopped working and we got in touch with 3d pen customer services. They responded quickly with suggestions and when it still didn’t work they sent a replacement for free on next day delivery. Very pleased with customer services, thank you! Great product

I purchased a 3D pen for my daughters…

I purchased a 3D pen for my daughters upcoming birthday. After 11 days I emailed the company as it should have been with us within 3-5 days. I got an email with a refund immediately. I didn’t receive any email to apologise nor to explain why I didn’t receive the 3Dpen. I once again emailed the company to explain how upsetting this was as they had plenty of time to let me know he item wasn’t in stock, yet they didn’t. This left me in a position where I had to ask a friend to order from another company using Amazon Prime to have it here in time for my daughter’s bday. Disappointing customer service. I can’t recommend this company at all.

I ordered this for my daughter for…

I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas, unfortunately it was faulty and couldn’t be used. I contacted customer services and they sent a replacement pen really quickly which was appreciated. Everything seems to be ok with the new pen and my daughter is enjoying learning how to use it.

I bought a 3d ultimate kit for my daughter. When opening on Christmas Day it did not work. I emailed a couple for times and left a voicemail and still not had any response. Order number #DD1981039168

Update. A replacement was sent out.

Disappointed

Our family bought this 3D pen and starter kit as a gift for my daughter's birthday and she's always had trouble using it. I know using a 3D pen is a new technique so told her to persevere and also practised myself. However, it has never worked that well, and now the down arrow button on it has actually pushed all the way in and wont come out, so now is totally unusable. I feel this is not great for a product to totally fail less than a year after purchase. I emailed customer service a few times but didn't hear back so unfortunately feel it was a lot of money wasted sadly and something she now can't use.

Detailed instructions from customer services

Our daughter received the 3D Pen for Christmas & loved it. Then it seemed to stop working after a couple of days. Got in touch with Customer Service and a very helpful reply was received after a few days (I think due to the Christmas break). After following the detailed instructions, the pen is working again and my daughter is very happy! Many thanks

Bought my daughter a 3d pen for…

Bought my daughter a 3d pen for Christmas. I couldnt get it to work so sent an email to the company and they talked me through the issues it could be. Tried what they advised and still didnt work. As the pen was faulty they sent a replacement but also sent extra filaments and other bits. My daughter was very happy to use her new pen today. Great customer service. Very happy 😊

3D pen - customer service was good

I purchased a 3D pen from draw3D.co.uk as a Christmas gift but unfortunately the pen didn't work. I contacted the company and got a prompt reply and from their customer service. After providing a short video to demonstrate the fault, a replacement pen with an extra kit of filaments was shipped for next day delivery. The new pen works fine and I am happy with the way the issue was dealt with.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service! I thought 3d pen was faulty, sent an email. Received quick response explaining different options to try! Pen was not faulty it was my own adapter plug!

The 3d pen I ordered for my daughter…

The 3d pen I ordered for my daughter for Christmas didn't work. Communication with customer services was very good and they sent me a working 3d pen within days of me contacting them. My daughter is very happy with her 3d pen.

Amazing customer service!

So we finally get the pen out to have some fun and have trouble working it. But I contacted customer services to see if they could offer me advice. Thinking it might take a few days for a reply I was very happy when they emailed back so quickly offering support and advice to get the pen working and it now works and I have one very happy daughter. This is the second time I’ve contacted customer service as the first time was about a return. The company is so helpful and go the extra mile to try and help in any way. I will be 100% be ordering from them again and encourage others to do so.

Great starter pen

Seems to be good value compared to other pens and it was delivered very quickly before Christmas. My son (10) got the hang of it quickly once we found a charger that worked with it (Samsung fast charger worked). Having the adjustable speed and temperature is very useful.
