Said i won £200 for aldi but got nothing but spam calls since trying to claim the fake prize. AVOID at all cost.

In July 2020, I purchased a camper ticket that didn't sell out, so the amount was refunded to my wallet. Not realizing I could withdraw the funds, I used them for another competition that has since been discontinued as well. Despite initially being attracted by their advertising, no promotions seemed to have occurred after my purchase. My inquiries to the Draw have gone unanswered. I also spent additional funds on a different competition, with no clue if it was ever drawn. I won't be returning!Update after response: I received a reply only after posting on Trustpilot. I'm surprised the draw reportedly sold out since less than 10% was sold near the closing date. But perhaps I'm mistaken. The winners' page on their website doesn't display any winners. I will continue to use only those companies that offer live draws that can be watched!

a scam website, got the money for the prize draw, keep extending closing date, website now closed!

Cancelled draw . considering it was only prize I was interested in i feel cheated and tricked into purchasing tickets for something that gets cancelled just like that . They don't contact and offer refund! just tel u its cancelled. Thought I'd give them ago as have never had any issues with similar companies. Will never make the same mistake again and shall avoid completely

Bought a camper ticket last July 2020 that didn't sell out so I was refunded to my wallet, unaware at the time I could withdraw this I used on other competition which now has been stopped also, no advertising seemed to take place even though my original camper ticket was bought due to the lure of their advertising. There has been no contact from the Draw following emails from myself. Other fund were spent on a competition and you have no idea if its ever been drawn or what. Will never use again!

Edit after reply: the reply only came once I made the trust pilot review. I find it amazing that the draw actually sold out to be drawn considering the there had been less that 10% sold on the run up to the end date. But maybe I am wrong. No winners displayed in winner page on the website. I will still not use this site again, I will stick to companies that run live draws that can be watched!

Good prizes and easy to use but you never know who has won when the draw is and what's going on basically!!!

I bought a ticket for a vw camper van, which didn’t sell enough tickets and was withdrawn. After leaving it for some time I found this a really easy site to use and my money was safely stored in my wallet to reuse and Ive now got 2 tickets in the hope of winning a tv. Will definitely use again.

As others have mentioned entered a camper van draw for it to be cancelled but as it said in the t&cs if they don’t sell 80% they have right to refund. That led to me seeing the low odds low cost draw for a Mavic Mini draw with 280 tickets available. I went for one and won. As soon as I won, the prize team were in contact and received prize in 2 days. Best £1.75 I’ve ever spent.

I entered a draw for a vw camper.
They withdrew the prize as they hadnt sold enough tickets and put my money in the "wallet"This was no use to me as I had no interest in any of the other competitions I contacted customer services for a refund and have been completely ignored, not had any response at all
AVOID this company, try dreamcar giveaways or BOTB instead.

Despite the reply I have still had no contact by email or phone, and despite requesting a refund I have no money back.
I have tried again today for a refund, lets see if I get my money this time

Being the sceptic that I am I thought this site would be too good to be true as I hadn’t seen raffle pages like this before. I gave it a go with 2/3 different prizes and then saw a Facebook post about a guaranteed winner that week for a PlayStation 4 and decided to add that one as well! Well I only went and bloody won it! Again, sceptical about what/when it would arrive but with amazing communication from the team a brand new in sealed box PS4 with 3 games arrives next day! Definitely will be continuing on this site and telling everyone I know!

Super chuffed with this site! The tickets are cheap as chips and I like the smaller prizes just as much as the bigger, I feel they are more realistic prizes and odds compared to other sites which is more exciting! I’ve seen a few reviews complain about receiving money back from ‘cancelled raffles’ but I’d take the money to spend on others rather than a lose! 😂 I now have three more tickets on! Got my fingers crossed! I’m hooked!

I've used other raffle companies before and I hate how the odds are always ridiculously high, especially when the tickets are highly priced too. The Draw have some really good prizes for a fraction of the cost per ticket. And the odds are much better too! Its actually worth a punt and exciting to play! Keeping my fingers crossed for the recent draws I've entered 🤞

I entered this on a whim and I actually won! Thomas, their marketing manager was great and kept in contact to make sure I received my prize ok. I've recommended to my friends who are also now having a go. Definitely a great experience!

Draw I entered was cancelled due to low sales others set a end date and draw regardless of sales now used the credit and more on another draw hope this doesn’t get cancelled as well not a great first experience
Update draw for mini not cancelled but no draw info the draw only 10% of the 999 tickets sold it seems the draw happened behind closed doors no transparency no email updates draw info results indicated by generic photo and a name won’t be using again others do live draws and that’s what I will be doing from now on

I had 20 tickets on the Vw camper draw. They cancelled it. They’ve been sitting on my money for months. Now, instead of refunding it, it’s in an account to spend on small competitions like spa days etc. Not interested. I am only interested in competitions for camper vans! This is fraud! You have obtained my money under false pretences. Refund immediately! Avoid this site

AVOID IS MY OPINION
Spent alot of money on tickets, since earlier this year 2020 , only for them to pull the rug on several competitions!!
Their out to make money obviously, so its quite easy to just sit back with your cash in there bank, hoping your respend it with them. Have money to make money / To purchase new stock.
I've asked for all my bet money back today, but had no response as yet. Concerned I'm gonna learn the hard way here!!
