Good first order

This is the first time I have ordered. Two x 24 packs of German beer - good use by dates and order arrived well packaged and on time. Can't ask for more, I hope my next order goes as well as this one.

Abysmal service…

Update…after contacting Dranken today I’ve eventually had an email saying I was refunded on 8 April as they were out of stock…first I’ve heard since I ordered when they still had stock according to their website…& I was notified it was despatched with a tracking number!!!
No one seemed to think to contact me until after I’ve contacted them today!! Up to 10 days to wait on my refund…shocking service, definitely won’t be using them again!!

Would love to rate higher but ordered on the 6th April, order confirmed….for anniversary gift tomorrow (12th) & still hasn’t arrived!!
Maybe best changing your delivery company from Royal Mail as even now Tracking order is showing they haven’t received it!!
Disappointed…

Goods were sent out quickly but use Royal Mail

Goods were sent out quickly. My only reason for 3 stars is they use Royal Mail who are very unreliable and took 3 days to deliver a Tracked24 parcel when they could have walked to my address from the delivery office in 15 mins !!
I would strongly recommend using someone other than Royal Mailtto delivery for your customers.
