Just had exceptional service from Tony Preston. What sets Tony apart is his dedication to customer satisfaction.
He took time to explain the issues, providing back up photos, and what he did to resolve them, putting my mind at ease.
Additionally he provided valuable advice on how to prevent similar problems in future, which was greatly
appreciated.

Tony turned up on time and unblocked my drain. What more do you need?!

Called Tony out as of course I needed my drain unblocked, he came out the next day to sort out my problem. There were a few and all I can say he stuck to it over a few day to sort it out. He did a fantastic job considering the number of problems. Can highly recommend his professionalism and expertise.

Luckily Tony was able to respond to my phone call the same morning and within 30 minutes of arrival had cleared the blocked drain!
Using some hi tech camera equipment he was able to show me some potential areas of concern and offered some solutions as to the best way forward to prevent the blockage happening again.
Not only is Tony friendly he also has a great knowledge of his trade and has some of the latest equipment with him.
I have no hesitation at all in recommending him for any work you may need doing. Thanks Tony

I had a drain survey and rat trap fitted. After research I chose Tony because of the type of rat trap he fits which I thought the best on the market. 5 months later and zero problems so if you need a rat trap don't use anyone else as I worried that the full tube type could cause blockages. Full drain survey was informative and gave me the results I needed. I would recommend Tony 100%.

Tony arrived on time and was extremely pleasant. Tony told me the price straight away so there was no nasty surprise.
It was obvious Tony knew what he was talking about, and clearly was vastly experienced.
Tony quickly identified the problem, and had it cleared within 20 mins.
Tony has an impressive array of upto date equipment, and his attention to health and safety and cleanliness was admirable.

Tony is amazing. He attended our blocked drain on a Sunday evening in the pouring rain. With his experience and skills, he was quick to diagnose the problem and repair it thoroughly. Now we have fully functioning drains. Thank you Tony, you are the best!

Tony Preston was able to attend the appointment within the time agreed.

I was nervous about letting a stanger into my home because I'm an elderly lady living on my own. But I had no need to be concerned because Tony put me at ease immediately. He was courteous, friendly and explained exactly what needed to be done.

The job was done within no time and the drain was throughly cleaned afterwards.

I can not fault him and I would highly recommend his services and in particular to the vulnerable and elderly.

Tony has sorted blocked drains at two properties for us at short notice, using jetting, rodding, camera investigation & even scaffolding when necessary! Very experienced, quick to identify problems & focussed on resolving issues. Very easy to deal with, makes sense & gets the job done with minimum fuss, even in freezing conditions! Very prompt and excellent service from Tony this morning clearing a blocked domestic drain. Ask him what's the most unusual thing he has found in a blocked drain!

He carried out a drain inspection report to locate the route of a main sewer and I received the report by email while he was still on site.I would not hesitate to recommend him and was impressed with the service he provided .

We had a toilet that kept blocking, I contacted Tony who was friendly and professional on the phone, we agreed a time and day for him to arrive, he arrived on time and resolved the issue. Super friendly and would highly recommend. 👍🏻
