Still waiting

Ordered istick power 2c a week ago and not received any contact from seller ? I've gone through the process of age verification but coming back as failed made several attempts at this and again all failed yet all my details are correct, I have emailed and phoned dragon vapour several times with no reply from them which I find shocking from a supposedly good vape shop ?? And apparently there default delivery times are 30 day's before I can ask for a refund, so got to sit and wait, if product arrives then I'll most probably upgrade review

Terrible company

Terrible company. Still not received my items I ordered & I've emailed them about 4 times to ask for a refund. MY ADVICE IS DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEY DONT SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED, DONT REFUND YOU & IGNORE YOUR EMAILS. Would have given it no stars but had to give one as it wouldn't let me comment

WORST Vape company ever

I ordered a battery charger from this company, my 1st time using them & also my last, this has been my singular worst experience dealing with a vape company in my 12 years of vaping.

The item I ordered was an XTAR D4 & they still have it shown as available on their website, they don't have any stock nor have they done for over a year from what I gather from the sole staff member I managed to actually speak with.

I have tried every way of contacting them, email / phone calls / messages on their facebook group & they just totally ignore messages & emails, once in a blue moon they answer the phone, but then never get back to you.

IMO they are clearly trying to scam & is a company that should be avoided at all costs.

No product / no refund / no communications & no service, a terrible experience from start to finish.

I had to go through my bank & make a claim to recover my payment to them.

ADDITIONAL - I have had a message on here from the owner stating the age verification tick box was not checked & this is why I did not get my order, also that they sent numerous requests for me to update the age verification, this is an outright lie! I have never been contacted back about my order period or I would obviously have taken the needed steps to see the order complete as I do indeed want the item I ordered not a refund, if you as an owner are able to complete my order & deliver me the item I paid for then I would be only to happy to amend my review, you have my phone number, you have my email - the ball is clearly in your court, why not try reaching out to me & putting this situation right - you left no contact information on your follow up to this trustpilot review, so i have no means of contacting you.

Uncertainty

Great selection, great prices. However, communication is severely lacking, not responsive at all to any of their contact options (including email, whatsapp and telephone numbers). Shipping is also problematic, as paying for express apparently means little in regards to actual shipping of the order. Out of three orders so far, the first had the wrong items (for which they apologised and promised compensation which is still nowhere to be seen), the second took a long time to get here, and this is still in the wind more a week later despite paying for express shipping. The worst part is there is literally no communication from their part.

I have ordered like 15 PodSalt for a…

I have ordered like 15 PodSalt for a £100 about 10 days ago with priority international shipping but have not even received a confirmation email yet!! I need a full refund ASAP before I take any legal action, I mean come on now really a £100 scam !!!!

Order paid, package lost, no help?!?!?!?

I ordered a product on your website, about 2-3 months ago. Still not received, no reply on e-mails and on page chat, no tracking because i chose basic, thats understandable but i would like some help to locate my product, or for you to send a new one. My order number is #30264

I am sorry to bring a bad review, but i hope to get your attention. If you help me solve this problem, ill consider making another review depending on the outcome.

Item ordered and payment accepted

Item ordered and payment accepted, only for a refund to be issued 12 hours without explanation. On contacting them by telephone, I was advised the item was probably out of stock - it's still showing on the site as being available, so I've no idea what's going on there.
