Not even worth one star had to put it to write this , I get a taxi 3/4 times a week so I know how much my fare is tonight o got a taxi and was over charged I know it was only a extra 2.70p but then the driver could not even give me my change as he did not have it to which I had to wake my partner cause I was not willing to let him off with the change as already been over charged , to when o phoned to complain we got the brush off saying no one could deal with my complaint and a load of abuse and hung up on twice and told I had to fill in a form so they can call all your money but not willing to deal with a complaint this not the first complaint as I do get a taxi 75% of the time they go the wrong way and take
The longer route and say it's the way the satnav if s telling them to go I am sure I know my way home and the best way to go I have complain s about this three times and nothing ever gets done it's a joke this company

Told us a fixed price then upped the price to suit them leaving us stranded and needing to pay them extra to get home. Would never recommend to anyone.

£30 from Pantmawr to Pontypridd that is disgusting, will never use again, your prices are shocking, use another firm, Avoid at all costs it is a 13 minute Journey

I booked a taxi at 15.30 on 3 September from Lake Road West. A black Toyota arrived l, LD63 7X*
The starting meter was set at £4.30. I questioned it with the driver who said it normally starts at £3.30, but on Sundays and Bank Holidays it's £1 more so it starts at £4.30. I thought it was very pricey and decided to query it with Dragon Taxis.
They said it should have started at £3.
So I take it that people get robbed through using Dragon Taxis?

The worst taxi company in Bridgend. Have I normally don’t leave bad reviews but on numerous occasions I’ve booked a taxi in advance to take me to the train station so I can get to work and it’s never turned up. As a healthcare worker it’s Important I’m on time to see patients. Totally unacceptable service. Will not be using this company again!

We rebooked and prepaid this firm to pick us up from Hensol Castle (a wedding venue) late at night to take us to our accommodation. We got a message to say they were delayed as they were busy, then a cancellation half an hour after the pick up time, leaving us stranded in a remote area. If a member of the Castle security staff had not kindly gone out of his way to take us, we would have been stuck. We then struggled to get our payment refunded. Would give no stars if possible. Do not use this firm.

Absolutely disgraceful driving. The person driving a white Prius driver number 0469, should not be on the road. I was driving in front of him in the filter lane, when the driver under took me cutting up a bus load of traffic forcing me to do an emergency stop and he was pushing me into the central reservation. The driver did not care for his passengers or anyone else on the road. He failed to indicate at all during his journey and went left at a roundabout when he was in the right lane. This driver needs his license taken from him immediately before he kills other people.

AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEFT STRANDED AT VENUE THAT US AND SEVERAL FAMILIES HAD PAID A DEPOSIT FOR AND NEVER ARRIVED. WHEN WE ALL CALLED THE COMPANY THEY DENIED ANY BOOKINGS AND DID NOT SEND ANY TAXIS

Rang for a quote, was told £15-£16. Driver charged me £25! When I complained, he said the office are ‘always doing this’! No way would I have booked if I’d known it would have cost that much, I would have had the train! I completed the feedback form, asking why the actual price was £10 more than the actual price, but I’m still waiting for a response to my complaint! My next step now is to contact whoever is responsible for issuing taxi licenses, as either the company is deliberately misleading customers or its drivers are de-frauding customers! This has put me off using taxi companies altogether, which is a shame, as I’m sure there are professional companies out there, but I can’t trust any of them now! From now on I’ll stick to using my car. I’m most disappointed by the fact that Dragon Taxis hasn’t even had the decency to respond to my complaint!

Tried to book these clowns on two occasions now from Bridgend train station. No show both times. Taxi just shows as awaiting allocation even though it was booked hours before.
Just don’t bother booking or relying on them.

Pre booked a taxi from Cardiff central station. Called the taxi driver, as I didn’t know my way round, who explained where he was waiting. Took me to the address exactly where I asked. No problem whatsoever. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Unfortunately the reviews are accurate. If you want a taxi driver to find your address and get to you at the time you've booked for this is not the taxi firm for you! I saw the taxi drive into my estate come nowhere near where I ask to be pick up and then drove off again cancelling my booking. He would not answer his phone when trying to connect . I had booked with plenty of time to catch a train. I now have a wasted ticket that cant be used. On the phone was told my complaint had to go through the online form which they never respond to. Went with another taxi firm. Who was with me in less than 7 minutes from my call. Deleted the app as won't use again as too unreliable when you really need them not to be. Making customers email as well is just a way of diverting the concerns that you've already raised with them

Booked a cab at 4.30 on the 03/08 for 6.00pm to pick us up it never turned up they blamed a shotage of drivers,so why take the booking. You have to pay up front on air pay (that should have been a warning) so now having checked my card they have taken £3,00 payment!! very poor firm would not recommend them.
The £3 payment as now been refunded.

There's a reason that Dragon Taxi Newport have such poor ratings. Quoted £30 for my journey when booked in advance, when the taxi driver picked us up he changed it to £50 with no explanation and refused to put it on the meter. Booked an UBER instead, arrived within minutes £28.31, lovely driver, won't return to dragon again.

Awful service and no taxi show last night. Booked over a week ago. They must know that when large events are in Cardiff City Centre, some roads and closed and they need to seek other routes for pick ups. I had 3 calls from the driver saying he was on his way. Then never turned up. Then I get a text to say driver turned up and weren’t there. Disgusting and furious as left stranded without taxi home to Llantwit Major. Will never use again.

Surprised there is so much criticism regarding Dragon Taxis Cardiff.
I am not a regular user of the Company, but on occasions where necessary, theirs is the one I call.
Yesterday, PM I found myself shopping without the car, and obviously had no hope of getting it all home on the bus. Rang Dragon from mobile (not something I have done previously) and despite the hiccups on my part, the cab turned up with a very pleasant and helpful driver, who assisted in putting my purchases in the cab, and offered to take them to my door on arrival at home. So for me, Dragon is my first call, as on previous occasions when starting from home.

Two stars for the gents who was lovely to me in the office. Other than that, how appalling is it that they advertise they take card and then refuse to do so when taxi turns up? I left my card at home so could take cash out had my 3 year old with me who was very tired after a long day and asked if I could make card payment, the gent in the office said yes untill the driver turned up and refused card payment. Please don’t advertise that drivers take card if they don’t.

Used them exclusively from premier Cardiff bay, journey varies between £7.40 and £11.50 today, absolute crooks use anyone else, booked a taxi into Cardiff from same venue to go home we phoned up and had 2 drop offs on same street, was quoted approx £12 for 2 stops, my stop normally cost me £8.50, today the booked driver charged £11.50 for first leg and £9 for a few hundred years down the road for my cousin, i was outraged, new use this company, their pricing is outrageous, and random

What a shower. Ordered a taxi for 5 with hours to spare. Received a text ten past 5 to say the taxi was running late. Then had a call 25 minutes later saying my taxi had been cancelled because they hadn't received a call, which had never been requested. Avoid like the plague!

I so wish that I had completed the survey they sent me a week ago.
I understand the cost of living has increased but this is simply profiteering of too large a scale. I used this company this evening at about 7pm and told the driver to stop after 1 mile as the meter reading was £7.50. When I got in the taxi it already said £3.50. I walked the remainder of my journey.

I have not been happy with this company for some time, and this included a driver recently shouting at me while I was politely explaining that my train had just pulled in. I did put him on loudspeaker so other passengers could hear his rant.

I'm sorry but it is clear that they pay little or no attention to anyone's comments on here, as they continue to provide a bang average service at best, and charge over inflated fees for doing so.

I will now look around to find another company, or walk to where I need to be when it is about 1 1/2 miles and in workable weather conditions
