Your order has now been delivered, I am sorry that you did not receive your order in the typical time it takes for Germany of 4-6 days. It was being held by German Customs which is outside of our control. The order was dispatched on time, arrived in Germany on time, the delay was all from German Customs. I would respectfully say that it is not us that deserve the one star.
