Finally a shipping company who deliver as how they promise. Would love to see a map for real time tracking to improve the experience. Forget PostNL or DHL or DPD

Wasnt home but the deliveryguy left the package in my old paperbin, included even pictures of it. Was delivered 1 day earlier then it was planned.

Two packages of Amazon and both were delivered on a totally wrong address while the message says “delivered at your neighbor”. Only few kilometers away 😤. Tried to call customer service. Indication 2... See more

Very good

Very good. Only one thing was missing, was the time bracket in which I would be delivered.

I had to keep an eye on it, the whole day. Which is pretty annoying.

But other than that, my package got delivered, even though I didn't hear the door bell. It was left in front of my door, on the floor.

Which I like because our front garden is secure, and I don't like to go to the neighbours or to get my order in a pick up point.

So thank you very much

Dragonfly are the Best

Dragonfly are Prompt. Packages are in perfect condition.
Other delivery companies ring the bell once then take off quickly.
Dragonfly drivers are very patient they ring the bell and wait. KEEP IT UP DRAGONFLY.

Often doesn't deliver the package as indicated.

Usually when we buy anything from Amazon, it gets shipped by DHL or Dragonfly. Me and my family live in a flat apartment and multiple times when one of us orders something and has it delivered by Dragonfly (not by choice), it gets thrown on the floor downstairs in an open area outside the apartment building (when it should be delivered at the front door which is a few stories up) or thrown into an elevator and send up without supervision. I've once seen someone from Dragonfly throw a few packages on the side next to the intercom, press one of the intercom button and sprint back to his delivery van. On top of that, it doesn't even get communicated. So, one gets the notification that the item has been delivered whilst having no clue where said package is. Either having to search around the building or have a stranger knock on the door saying our package was left outside next to the intercom downstairs (for all we know, someone could just grab it and run off with it as hundreds of people live in this building). The delivery guy doesn't even bother to come upstairs and place it in front of the door. It's a pity, really. The other times where this didn't happen, it was fine. But it happened a few too many times now.

Customers aren't supposed to be playing treasure hunt around their apartment for their packages. Wondering where it might've been left behind and whether it's still even there.

Horrible service provider

I hate this company and their useless who lie about not being able to deliver.

Apparently their customer service is disconnected from their warehouse delivery agents. So they’re surprised when you call and say your package is not delivered.

Even if you pay for express delivery. They will intentionally make sure to not deliver and also intentionally miss the promised delivery date.

They were suppose to deliver Sunday. They didn’t. Then they were supposed to deliver Monday, they didn’t. Then Tuesday, they also didn’t. Now it’s Wednesday and they still have not delivered but apparently the driver was on his way since early morning.

I wish I knew how to report this company to regulators who can shut it down as both the owners and employees deserve to be out of work. You say you provide a service but make it a point to deliver the worst service possible.

I repeat, I hate this company.

My package was not delivered and customer service was awful

My package was not delivered, but they said it was. I was home and checking the door and window constantly so I know for certain they never came. Called the customer service which has very limited opening hours and a very long waiting time (20 minutes) and spoke to a very rude lady, who did not speak Dutch even though I had selected this option. They told me they would investigate and if I did not hear from them in 48 hours, I was to call Amazon where I ordered the items. This really is the WORST delivery service I have ever encountered.

Amazon partners so they can offer Prime…

Amazon partners so they can offer Prime deliveries on sunday.

Except on Sunday, they don't even bother driving out.

Then on Monday, they drive out, keep gaslighting me that "they are still on the way and are definitely still coming"... Only to mail me several minutes past 22:00: "oh haha no sorry we didn't make it, we'll try again some time tomorrow"

Time to cancel Amazon Prime.

Few parcels were not delivered but…

Few parcels were not delivered but reported as “in the mailbox”, my mailbox is a tiny one not able to contain any parcel, barely a large but thin envelope and living in an apartment complex I guess those were “taken” by someone else. When the parcel is large the courier is not reaching my door despite there is a large parking space in front of my apartment (I am on the ground floor), I have to exit and go outside all around the building because he stays in the van after ringing the doorbells. In one occasione a rude courier literally dropped the box and left when saw me walking around but didn’t check my identity or if I was the recipient of the parcel
I reported to both the company and the sender but obviously nothing changed.
They also are not respecting the schedule, they keep sending emails saying the delivery will happen today and they don’t show up. Unprofessional company.
