I've noticed Amazon has been using this delivery team for a while now, and I have to say—they’ve been absolutely outstanding. Every single delivery to Katoomba has arrived on time, without a hitch. That’s especially impressive given that Katoomba is a little off the beaten track. The drivers are always professional, efficient, and friendly. Very impressed customer

I’ve had a few parcels delivered by Dragonfly. The service is fast and my parcels have always been in top condition and not beaten or thrown about. I’ve even received Saturday deliveries. I can’t fault this company, only praise from me, and a high recommendation. Thanks for your exceptional service.👍🏼

Great shipping service

I’ve received a handful of deliveries over the last 12 months from Amazon via DargonFly and they’ve always been great. They always follow any instructions that have been left for them, and deliveries have always been placed in a safe and secure location.

Generally Reliable.

I've read some horror reviews. I've received numerous deliveries from Amazon by Dragonfly. On the whole my experience has been very positive. Good and accurate tracking...timely delivery...left in 'genuine' safe place. I've had several different drivers with that Company. I guess (like any Company) you will get some with a conscience and some that just couldn't care.

My package was store or placed in a secure spot this morning mint condition and no troubles at all
I actually didn't hear him come but was very aware due to all the updated notifications.
