Very poor experience
Very poor experience. Parcel was delayed for days. And the customer service experience was also very bad. The adddress was correct and he says that the address was incorrect and the driver said that the location is too far. It can not be delivered. Stop this nonsense if you can’t do anything.

Absolutely the worst logistic company to ever existed. The parcel has never arrived, keep saying its going to arrive today for a whole month straight ( but it never came lol). Called customer service and confirm the delivery instruction and everything but absolutely useless.
DragonFly-Prince the Courier dropped the parcel…
Prince the Courier dropped the parcel instead of placing it. The box had opened from the impact not only outside but partially inside as well. When approaching him saying that it was an appliance. He kept arguing he had a full van. Which wasn't the problem. Got up in my personal space trying to intimidate me. He was over 6.3 ft. Ihe kept going until my son came out who was 6.4 ft. I'm 5.6ft. Disgusting behaviour. We will be returning the item and purchase one from directly from the shop.

I've had multiple deliveries with dragonfly shipping, a lot of them from Amazon orders. Unfortunately they do a terrible job. Deliveries will show that it goes out multiple day and none of them will be delivered.
When delivering to my office they often say they 'attempted delivery' but the driver just drove around the block, could not find parking so marked it as failed attempt, then returns the parcel to the warehouse. Or they will "try deliver" the parcel at 9pm even though they have been notified that it is a business premise only accessible during regular work ours.
Whenever I order something, I just hope that this is not the company doing the delivery because their service is repeatedly bad. About 8 out of 10 deliveries have major delays/fake failed attempts.
No delivery just LIES - 3 Days
For 3 days, they have been telling me each day they would deliver, then at the end of the day, there has been a problem that they won't tell what the problem is, and NO DELIVERY.
Each day at the start I get an email saying it will be there in 1 hr. NOTHING.
You ring them and they lie to you.
Amazon order as well.

Email received before 7.15am saying parcel being delivered today, email after 7.40pm saying will be delivered in an hour and then at 7.59pm saying sorry unable to deliver. Rung and who I spoke to was unhelpful. It is now supposed to now be delivered tomorrow. No confidence in this happening if they could not deliver within the 12-1/2 hours that they had my parcel.

One day I may actually get a delivery on the day I'm supposed to, but it's unlikely. I've never had a delivery first time, and it's always an excuse about an incorrect address, which when I waste time ringing the call centre is never wrong.

Don’t even attempt to deliver
Constantly get notifications that they tried to deliver the parcel but no one was home. Every time we have been home and have even witnessed the driver pull up at the end of the long driveway and just turn around and not even come in to the property.
I believe they just send the notification without bothering to even come out to the property most of the time so that Amazon thinks they attempted to deliver and the email can act as proof. However it is a lie every time. Have submitted complaints to them and still keeps happening.

Bad service
The driver is not coming to pick up return package for Amazon.ca. It was supposed to be on Tuesday but till Friday no one has come. If they don’t come today I will have to cancel the return and schedule return through Purolator.

They lost a $600 package which was eventually refunded by Amazon, Second time, I paid express shipping which took two weeks. I no longer buy from Amazon due to them using Dragonfly.
The worst courier service ever…
The worst courier service ever utilised. I ordered through Amazon and informed delivery would come on the Friday. I added in delivery times when site was pen and specified site was closed on weekends. Yes and attempt was made to deliver on Friday and we go notification that there was no access to site or no one to accept delivery. We have a delivery bay and had 10 people onsite at the time. They then attempted to deliver on Saturday and Sunday, when it was specified, the site was closed. We have now had 6 delivery attempts and the same message every time. Tell your couriers to get out of the delivery truck and come into the building. Absolutely ridiculously poor service.
