Horrible company.No accountability

Do not purchase online from any company using this delivery service. This company is horrible, they consistently deliver my packages to incorrect addresses then send me a pic of somebody's porch and ask if i recognize the porch to go pick up my parcel. I am rural but my house number is posted roadside and is visible in large clear numbers from both directions . I zoomed in on the package and confirmed address was correct . Delivery location is wrong. I called within minutes of package delivery notification to advise of wrong address delivery and still not corrected.. they said for me to notify the company I purchased product from and deal with them..absolutely no accountability from this company, today I called them again and basically I got you didnt get your delivery, not our problem. Don't deal with any buisness that uses this intelicom/ dragonfly delivery service. They give you a song and a dance but no package delivery. Absolutely horrible company with no accountability.

Deliveries are being put off more and more
You are not even delivering them to my door anymore … where is the accountability. Amazon make your delivery people accountable you’re losing my business
Dragonfly you’re taking jobs from Canadians who want to do good work … do better be Canadian

Unprofessional

Unprofessional. Delivered my package somewhere else entirely says they are going to pick it up and they never do. I call back and they say nothing they can do because it is outside the window of time??? Then the representative Cassie hung up on me after asking me to wait so she can make contact with the warehouse. Crazy. Don't deal with this company. No accountability and completely unprofessional. They don't deserve to be in business.

Horrible and lazy

Horrible and lazy! Returned my damn parcel because they were too lazy to realize the side of my driveway was shoveled where the door was. They couldn’t access the property because they assumed the front patio door wad the main door when its NOT! And when the heck did my stuff not go in the mail box anymore! Annoying!

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. After giving specific instructions to leave the package inside the front door on the stairs of our building several times, they have been left at the back door in a snowbank. This is absolutely unacceptable and happens time and time again. Why are delivery instructions being asked for and then completely ignored and package is being left in an unsafe spot?

Worst ever customer service experience…

Worst ever customer service experience with dragonfly. I m still wondering why Amazon canada had such a worst delivery partner. It’s been more than 20days and the still the return parcel has not yet been picked up by the drAgonfly driver. I have rescheduled more than 4 times . No attempt was made and the driver sends a false email saying no one was available in the property. You will never sustain in the business if you follow this trend and no wonder people have given only 1.3 stars it deserves something even less for the false and fake information they share

Never get a delivery on time days late

This company hasn't delivered a parcel on time in the past 2 years. Always say have a problem with address. Whenever I call in, there's never a problem with the address. When delivering packages they lie Where they put it, they lie about the dogs. I have they lie about the hill that I have which doesn't exist. The drivers are unbelievable worst company ever. Waiting three days now for a parcel. Call to Complain Yesterday. Said it would be delivered today.No such thing. Useless driver's trucks at leak oil on your driveway. And the worst part of it all, they actually think they're good.

Laziest shipper's

when given a package and they send out a time for them to deliver to have me waiting allllll day to find there not deliver it or letting me know that they can't make. not sure why you still around if your this bad at doing delivery's

This is a horrible courier service

This is a horrible courier service . I cannot buy from eBay sellers in China anymore because last mile delivery in Canada is by Dragonfly. Order was marked undeliverable and customer service was horrible. They just don`t care and I never received the package, after speaking to 3 different customer service agents.

Unreliable

I have had to reorder my item twice in one week. When you provide specific instructions that a package is being delivered to an office building and it closes at 4 pm Edmonton AB time and the building is closed on weekends Dragonfly continuously tries to deliver the package. This company is unreliable and cannot read instructions. I do not recommend using this company.

They deliver packages at their own…

They deliver packages at their own time. Always well over due. Call the number to get help. And intelcom courier just feeds you nothing but lies and excuses. I have packages sitting in warehouse in Mount preal nl for days now and can't get a straight answer as to why my packages are sitting in warehouse for a week and still not delivered dragonfly is own by intelcom courier. This company is nothing short of garbage. Something has to be done. The worse trash in this world. Minus 10 stars for this trash

Not satisfied

I have been trying since January 24th to return a package for refund. I've had to cancel twice. I received emails saying they're on their way I received text to say they're coming and they never come I don't know how to return this package to Amazon I will no longer use dragonfly if that's who appears as the person picking up or the company picking up I will cancel

Awful

Awful, just awful. After 4 weeks of "delivering" a Christmas gift they say undeliverable. Strange that everyone else can find the address.
Amazon is a disgrace using this outfit as a last mile option.

I would give them .01 if I could

I would give them .01 if I could. Absolute worst delivery company. Every time I’ve ordered something, I get notified it’s enroute and it takes 2 weeks longer. Pickups are BRUTAL! Avoid working with this company at all costs. It’s come to the point that I will not be dealing with companies that use their service.

Porch thieves’ best friend 🤨

Indian delivery guy was unkempt, didn’t bother to ring doorbell, threw it on porch and drove away.

I received a notification just before it was delivered that said it would be left in a secure location if nobody was home. Yeah, sure. Throw and run. Also, since when is a street visible front porch a secure location? It also said if nobody was home they would deliver again the next day. Sure 😒

I was advised delivery time was 4-6 days. It took them 9. Online tracking was useless. A snail would get it here faster. Gosh, even Canada Post would do better!

Shame on Dragonfly. Shame on Shoppers Drug Mart for using porch thieves’ best friend.

Speed of Service is Deplorable

I have placed several items over the last few months and I did have nothing but negative experiences lately..... From items being late, to lost, to a much later delivery date, not sure if your parcel will ever arrive! For example, I ordered a personalized Christmas Ornament on December 14th and still hasn't arrived.... Last update I got was delayed - Mis-sort! I contacted the company twice and they told me to wait a week on both occasions!!!!! Not a pleasant experience!!!

Filed a police report as my keys were stolen from my door while I was bringing my dog into the home and they were delivering a package. I’m disgusted, scared and worried for the security of my home and vehicle now. I am at a loss of words because I don’t know what to do now. They said they’d talk to the driver but all the driver has to do is deny it. Disgusting behaviour. Won’t be ordering packages anymore if I risk having them as delivery and stealing my KEYS!!! Disgusting

They don't even bother trying

They don't even bother trying. They show up, don't even get out of the car, and just leave. This has happened 3 separate times now and there's no need of it and it's extremely frustrating. If you don't want to do your job, quit!!
