They actually don't just eat thrips, they eat a few different things, which is useful because I thought all the pests I had were thrips - they weren't, but the mites don't seem picky. You can definitely see them, which takes a hot minute to move past but it is a good thing really as well, a) there's definitely plenty of living mites in these packets and b) I find they will all crowd together when they appear to have found some food which makes it easier for me to find the problems. Also they don't need any maintenance and it's working pretty well, better than I've found with spraying plants with bug spray actually. My plants are finally starting to recover, the delivery is also easy and you get a little leaflet explaining everything

Fighting against Spidermites which decimated my plants last year seems to have been saved with the addition of the simple packets. Bought another set they were so good. A lot less messier than Neem Oil.
