Recently purchased from Dragon Dildo Australia. I was concerned about choosing the wrong size toys so emailed customer service and they were really helpful providing suggestions and explaining size and softness/hardness of the particular toy i was interested in.
I put my order in on Wednesday night and recieved Friday morning. Will buy from them again! :)
I placed an order two weeks ago and there's been no update/progression. I've sent an email and a message using the website contact page and still nothing.
DO NOT ORDER without first contacting them and being contacted back. I will update this review if my situation changes.
I placed an order on January 21st. I was made to download an app I didn’t want (Shopify) in order to track it. The delay was explained and it is on its way. Annie was very polite and understanding. Thank you. :)

Avoid these scamming websites!!
They sell products from temu. Found the exact same one on temu with the brand that was on the bottom and it lined up with the temu brand perfectly. Save yourself some money and get it on temu for 40 dollars cheaper, or spend the extra money to get a real one

We do not sell products sourced from Temu or any third-party marketplaces. Our products are individually made from German-sourced, body-safe platinum silicone and undergo strict quality control to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
We also caution buyers against counterfeit or copycat products found on mass-market platforms. Many of these products can use TPE or pseudo-silicone alternatives which are not truly body-safe (porous material, chemical leaching, unable to be sterilised at temperature)
