Once I opened an account with them, I contacted the customer service ( Owain) to make sure my account is verified, he told my account is fully verified and ready for withdrawals and deposits, the moment I deposited, they suspended my account, and now it's been several days, and they refuse to refund my money I deposited, bunch of thieves, scammers, and liars. AVOID at all costs

DragonBet is a licensed and regulated operator and customer balances remain protected whilst account reviews are carried out.
As explained previously, whilst many accounts are automatically verified at registration, there are circumstances where additional checks may subsequently be required following account activity. These reviews can sometimes result in temporary restrictions being placed on an account until the matter is resolved.
We also feel it is important to clarify that customer service agents can only advise based on the information available at the time and cannot always foresee whether further automated security or regulatory checks may later be triggered.
We understand delays and restrictions can be frustrating, particularly when you are expecting immediate access to your account, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. However, we categorically reject any suggestion that funds are being withheld improperly.

Had no issues untill I run across a promo which stated if I placed a bet on the football I'd receive a free bet, which I did. I spoke to their live chat team who said it could take up to 48 hours. I again spoke to live chat who said I didn't qualify. Not quite sure why but oh well, would have put 5 stars if not for this problem. Don't think its fair.

Would give zero stars if i could. Because I was winning on small deposits they suspended my account for a play break and when that was over they said from a business decision they closed my account these really need to fail and go bust because they are not genuine. Avoid!!

I was looking for a new uk based site, came across dragon bet, obviously always check reviews first, sick of these foreign based sites who have no intention of paying you out etc, uploading documents etc etc.
however, deposited £30, and I guess my luck was in for a change, anyway my first withdrawal of £250 took around 30-40 mins, then I was lucky enough to withdraw around another 4 times, no problems at all money was in bank account each time around 5-15 minutes.
Haven’t used chat so can’t comment on that front, but overall my first experience with dragon bet was fine.
I have took a break for now lol, don’t want to give them any back for a while!!
