I bought a monitor from this company on back market, the expected delivery date was yesterday and it still has not even been shipped yet. I have tried reporting this through back market but received no response in the stated time frame and I can’t find an email to contact them directly. This is not good enough

Ordered a HP monitor on the Friday, was meant to be with me by Tuesday, instead was refunded. Contacted the company on both email and back market. Poor service, would not recommend.

I bought 1 product and paid properly, but the order was cancelled, the money still hasn't been returned! ! !Nevertheless, I immediately bought a similar product, but the order still hasn't been delivered! ! ! This is a steal at £330!

I bought a "Grade A" laptop from Dragon Tech Ltd. via Back Market that arrived in good time. Unfortunately, it was significantly damaged on the front edge and the screen did not close. I returned it and received another unit that was locked to the previous owner and I could not register it to my own account for Windows and Office install automatically, a final unit was sent that did not have a UK keyboard. I asked for a refund and returned the hardware.

Garry Jones dealt with the issue in a haphazard way via text message.

After chasing several times, I was asked for my bank details for a refund. Despite him having two possible methods to return my money, the refund was never made. All further messages have been ignored.

I have been scammed out of more than £300.

I will never again proceed with any purchases from a Company like this one, literally a waste of time and money.
They built up excuses such they'd lost my parcel through a courier company that is not even used by them!
They only texted me no official emails at all. A true scam!
Please avoid buying from this seller.

Dragon Tech supplied me with tablets and laptops to help me make my business more efficient and work 10x as productively, allowing staff to work from home ect. I reccomend this company extravagant amounts. Please do bear this business in mind it’s one of the best!
