Great seller. Good information from placing sale to delivery.
I wish the DPD driver had not left the package with my neighbour though!! It's odd - he took it in and then proceeded to leave it on my doorstep? I don't understand the logic in that and it could have gone missing! I found it sitting in my front doorstep when I got home.
Thankfully it didn't go missing and thankfully I didn't have to collect from the neighbour I prefer to have nothing to do with.

Initial issues all sorted and happy with the subsequent service
Despite initial problems with delivery of my order and failure to respond to emails, WhatsApp messages and texts, I was contacted promptly after posting on this site. The issues were resolved very quickly by Syd, who was very responsive and apologetic. Thereafter, the order was processed and delivered quickly and I was kept informed throughout. Many thanks to Syd for sorting everything.
