The new go-to supplier for Harley Street Practioners
Wow,
I’ve heard the buzz on Harley Street regarding Dr Adams and I have to say I’m now a convert from another major supplier.
My products arrived the next day and I saved in total almost £58.
Moreover- I had a query regarding the order (which turned out to be my error) and was contacted within minutes by James who was very knowledgable about the industry, products and current challenges aestheticians may be facing.
Outstanding customer service, and I will not be buying products from anywhere else.

I placed an order on 3/27/24 I sent several emails with shipping questions that didn’t get a reply as they were on a 4 day Easter closure which is odd as the holiday fell on a weekend. My order was not shipped until 4/2/24 , order has not moved since 4/3/24. Today is 4/10/24 I still have yet to receive my order. This whole experience has been terrible I was on a consistent regimen with the injections which has now been delayed for 3 + weeks. My other vendor ships from the U.K and I typically receive within 4 days. With the the expensive $30 shipping waiting two weeks is frustrating.I emailed again after being more than patient, you would think I would be sent what I ordered through express shipping or refunded but no all I got was an apology, will not be shopping here again with this terrible experience. This feels like a scam

Whilst we picked, packed and dispatched on the next working day (order came in on a bank Holiday), we have been let down by our carrier Royal Mail. We responded after we returned from the bank holiday. We, as your trusted partner for aesthetics, have to accept accountability for the delay in you receiving your item, and will of course reach out to you by separate cover to provide you with a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
Here at Dr. Adams, we put customers at the heart of what we do. It's not just words when we say our customers are everything to us. What I can say is, we always learn from our mistakes and as such, have put processes and a contingency in place to avoid this happening going forward, by forging a partnership with an alternative trusted carrier with expertise in the US. I have to note, this was our first time delivering to the US, so it was a steep learning curve for us, but we’ve literally gone the extra mile(s) to put it right.
Whilst the above doesn't change the fact we've let you down, we really hope you can give us the opportunity to make it up to you, and show you what being a partner with Dr. Adams is all about. Our priority is giving our customers that 1st class, white glove customer service, that our loyal customers trust implicitly.
We value your feedback, so thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn from this, because you’ve helped us become a better version of ourselves. This means we’re in a position to demonstrate the impeccable customer service values we pride ourselves on, if you’d kindly do us honour of giving us a second chance.
