I placed an order in late December 2025.

One of the items wasn'tr readily available, so I was asked to wait, which was fine.

A few weeks later, they said they had received no estimate on when that one item would be available again. So, they asked if I'd like to cancel that part of the order and get a refund for it. I said yes, and got the refund.

And that was the last I heard from them, on the 28th of January of 2026. Attempting to contact them via comments on the order page, their "contact us" form on the website, or sending emails has resulted in 0 response. They're still posting on facebook and instagram, so maybe I'll have more luck through there.
