I first came across this casino when the quarantine started. I thought that entertainment on the site would not bring profit, so I decided to make a minimum deposit - 200 or 300 pounds. If i could give less than 1 star i would i signed up and went thru verification process , all successful , deposited £300 was play for twenty mins or so then from no were i was blocked , i spoke to there customer services and was fobbed off with generic excuses, i have over £400 in my account and i am very doubtful i will get my money back after reading more reviews .
it seems they take your money after account verification then block you , and you you now have to wait for a refund .
its my choice to gamble but not be totally scammed and robbed , stay clear

I deposited money into this online casino. And I tried to withdraw my own deposits. I had to send documents to verify my account (standard) before I could withdraw, my online verification failed, so they told my that this will be done in person by a 3rd party. 21 days later and I'm still waiting for a response to be verified along with my money. I believe that because I request a withdrawal and my account to be closed as soon as my withdrawal was complete. That this site has not dealt with my case as they would a customer waiting to deposit. Because I have no more value to them, they have no interest in customer care to me. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

Worried as account blocked after a year
As a customer for a year all of a sudden my account was blocked today after winning some bets. This betting site has only been one that I have used regular and up to this point was the best around as got all the different sports can bet on.
Worried to read other reviews on here about accounts being blocked??
I went through a strict verification process to join which was good and understand that.
I got an email at 2.17am (27/11/2022) - 7 hours after my account was blocked. Spoke to chat briefly who just said email compaints department.
I am in dialogue with them and the support department have responded to my original email within 6 hours.
I don't want to rate it one star as before today I have had no problems.
Won't even let me appeal decision made by them as it is final.
Hopefully they pay me back my account balance that was in but worried now reading other reviews.
