Everything went smooth for over a year, my treatment ended, and I got a refinement because it wasn't 100% good. After the refinement ended, it was still not 100% good, except this time, they thought it was a good idea to start ignoring me. It's been months I'm trying to contact them without success. Not only their number never works, but no agent is ever available on the chat, in any language. Also, all emails I sent were ignored. The customer service, that was being reliable, turn down to become terrible.

My procedure is already at the end and I had some questions regarding the next step and Igor provided a great service!

Despite not having begun the treatment yet, I've been highly impressed with Dr. Smile's post-scan attentiveness. While my initial experience at the clinic for the scan was less than ideal, with a one-hour delay and hurried staff, the treatment directly provided by Dr. Smile was exceptional. The treatment results were surprisingly quick, and the explanation during the follow-up call was exceptionally detailed and thorough, ensuring I grasped all the nuances.
Moreover, the person who attended to me was super friendly and easy-going. Additionally, my decision to choose Dr. Smile was influenced by their flexibility, offering the option to receive treatment in any country with a Dr. Smile clinic. Due to my frequent travels, this flexibility is quite significant for me.
