I am disappointed by the DPD worker's unprofessional behavior. They neglect basic duties, such as delivering packages, even when they are not heavy. This isn’t the first time they have refused to bring a package up to the second floor. Instead, they leave them in the building's entrance area, where people frequently go to urinate, rather than delivering the package properly. This service is very disappointing!

This company deserves Zero stars!!! The worst service ever! They never deliver on time and then just lie to you and say they tried to deliver! If you do get your delivery it's normally damaged or broken!!! Awful
Really bad
The webshop where I ordered registered the package on Sunday morning, and the expected delivery date was Tuesday. By Tuesday my package was still nowhere to be found, even though the webshop said it had been handed over on Monday morning. On Tuesday I received no useful information from customer support because they claimed the package had not been picked up. They were neither helpful nor friendly.
On Tuesday evening the delivery was first rescheduled to Thursday, and then to Wednesday.
On Wednesday the package arrived at the depot, but it still wasn’t delivered. On Thursday it was supposedly assigned to a courier, who allegedly did not pick it up, so the package was not delivered again. After that I started receiving completely unjustified emails claiming that I had requested several delivery reschedules.
I will never have anything delivered with them again, and honestly I would not recommend them to anyone else either.

Well my story is still ongoing, I ordered something 2 months ago, large package. Still waiting for it... I experienced hell the first time, because they didn't have my e-mail so they couldn't send me notifications and after receiving 2 phone calls I couldn't pick up at the time, when i tried to return them they didnt pick up, so they decided to transport it back to the depot, the company who sent the package had a working tracker thats how I knew, i tried calling, e-mails, nothing worked, my partner managed to get into the customer service, and a very nice fellow explained that there was nothing we could do, we should have picked it from the depot, I couldn 't(dont drive, hence the home delivery). So we talked to the company I gave them all the additional information, even my partners number the doorbell everything.I asked them if possible not dpd again, but I had no luck, probably they have a contract.So the next round started, they changed the delivery date back and forth and on the day, we were waiting for it 2 consecutive days, nothing, so we called, they said they couldn't fit the package into the car. Maybe next day, but maybe doesn't work for us, we go to work everyday so I changed the date to following week wednesday, that is today. I finally received an e-mail with the date and time, finally, It is becoming real, a package from a far away country, you made it possible dpd. 2hours before the window someone is calling me, I am in a middle of an important call, it's my turn to talk, but I pickup anyway. It is the delivery guy, he is here, what floor what is the doorbell??? I tell him, I tell him also that in 10 minutes I will be free,no-no just let him in, okay. 10 minutes passes, no bell, no more phone calls. I go down the stairs, start looking for the car on the street nothing, tracker shows he is around, I call him he is surprised, I didn't pick up nor did I answer the door. I am confused, I later send him a photo of our calls one incoming one outgoing. He says he can't help me, I reply well it is not help I need, it's my package and him to do his job properly, this wasn't the window. He hangs up.I was happy to receive it earlier, but he probably went to the wrong address, or didn't even stop, it is a nightmare to find parking space. I call customer service, I wait a bit they pick up, wow, amazing. I tell the guy my issue he is super nice btw, he says he sends a message to the delivery guy, in the system he sees nothing just that it will be delivered soon. Okay I wait maybe he comes back. In the middle of the 1 hour window I receive an e-mail that I wasn't there so they couldn't deliver the package. I call customer service, they answer after 10 minutes, not too bad, the same guy, still nice, maybe a bit more annoyed, it's the afternoon a lot of failed deliveries I assume. He ensures me that they will try again, and not the next day, because I can't reorganize my week again, but next week, monday. There is still nothing in the system or the tracker, I only see the e-mail that they will try it tomorrow, I hope the customer service guy knows what he is doing. The delivery guy is probably overwhelmed with packages, but he had time to make sure he cancels my order in the window he was supposed to deliver my package, if he is smart he even passed nearby just to make sure it shows up on the route he did today. What is this really? It is sure isn't a proper delivery system, something has to change. At this point just give my money back, you can keep moving this 25kg package around europe if that is your thing DPD. I left 4 e-mails, 3 phone calls they picked up and one personal visit to their office, still no package.

I redirected my package to a parcel locker because I wasn’t at home, but it didn’t fit there, so it was taken back to the warehouse and now I have to go pick it up myself. It is unacceptable to me that there is no validation at all when redirecting a package—how am I supposed to know from memory the size of the parcel and the capacity of the locker? Not to mention that they accepted the payment for delivery, but I won't receive anything.

Dreadful service. Nightmare. Sent a pair of boots back to a store in Dublin over a month ago. Never arrived. Today my local DPD delivery driver tells me - while delivering something else - that he's got a parcel with my name/ address in his van, but not allowed to give it to me, as it has to be retuned to sender - the store in Dublin, who now won't accept such a late return, and, anyway, they're not the sender. I am, and live in Scotland. Customer service says I've got to use live chat, but live chat won't accept the delivery number even although I've been told by the the delivery driver it's the right one: 1597 6912 8331 36L. Gone round and round in circles. Boots very expensive.

Every since there has been a lot of snowfall as of late they're the only ones who DON'T do deliveries. GLS, DHL, Hungarian Post. All deliver despite these conditions, I can only call them lazy.

I bought something on 16th and arrive ready to be delivered on Dec 18th with tracking 13389380397772. They never show up and said I was not home even if I was waiting all day at home. Today is Jan 8th and yet no one deliver this package to me. You call the customer support and no one answer. You send email and an automatic reply appear. Why don't you just work if you not able to do it? Completely incompetent and I just lost money with this purchase from Allegro that of course does not care as well.

The DPD courier came outside of the delivery interval, I redirected the parcel to DPD box, but now I cannot find my parcel, the delivery date on myDPD portal is 20th of Dec still. Moreover I cannot get any feedback from DPD customer service either by email, or website complain form or Facebook message.

This is clearly the worst delivery company. It should be closed and the personnel working there should be fired in a way they would not be able to find the work anywhere else.
This time they were not able to deliver parcel for my wife and she is very upset. They update status that they are delivering and it was refused - they are liars and their workers are liars.
I stopped using it long time ago but my wife for what ever reason chose it.

There have been repeated issues with DPD, and the latest one is particularly troubling and frustrating.
I ordered two packages nearly a month ago, but they have not been delivered yet.
I have reached out to customer service several times, often waiting about an hour to speak with someone. Despite marking my case as urgent and attempting to contact the warehouse, they have not been able to explain why my packages are still there.
I was told to go to the warehouse myself to pick up my packages.
Although I paid for delivery, I am now being asked to collect my packages in person, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable.
This company is simply terrible.
Anyone who has the chance try to avoid having any service with DPD !

Scandulous behaviour of DPD.hu. The parcel arrived on 24th and to make it easier for them we let it deliver at a parcel box shared with Alza. Although there is more than one location with boxes and also a shop functioning as parcel depot they simply shove it aside to send it back to the sender.
Phone numbers were written on the parcel, the phone lime is always occupied and there's NO reply on the complaint where we suggested to deliver at worj, which is nearby.
I like to know who will refund the costs of sending the parcel again. Why not call? Why not let people pick up the parcel? Why not show and use the other parcel points?

My package did not arrive on the day previosly confirmed. Since then I have sent them more e-mails asking them when I can expect the delivery, I have not received any reply. By phone you can not reach them. I have no idea where my package is, for today it has disappeared from the tracking system, too. (previously it was indicated that it was in their warehouse). I also had another negative experience with them a few weeks ago, when they eventually managed to deliver my package with a two week delay, after chasing them with repeated e-mails.
This is not a service
In better countries, this is not considered a service. The courier drags me out onto the street, searches for 15 minutes, then tells me that my package is not there and will come back when he finds it. In the meantime, I receive an email saying that I did not accept my package. Of course, customer service is never available, and they tell the sender that I was the one who did not accept it... Because of this, the sender passes the extra cost on to me.

The worst shipping company ever. They don't ship the orders even though there is no problem with shipping details, and I couldn't get any help via phone or email. It's a pain until somebody gets the package, if you are lucky enough to eventually get your package
