If i could put minus 10 stars I would

If i could put a Minus 10 stars, I would
Parcel not delivered to my home therefore lost.
Photo taken proves just that, door in photo is white and mine is brown
No customer service to speak off
York depot just hung up the phone
Chat agent lied when they said they had delivered it?
Best to go somewhere else for secure delivery
This will cost CEX £45 plus postage unless they can claim it back of DPD

I’ve never had a good service provided…

I’ve never had a good service provided by DPD and I’ve again had been terrible currently delivery is late by 5 hours and still saying it’s going to arrive when the guy delivering is clearly being doing his round on roller skates that’s how slow he’s been moving seems to have just call it a day, seems pretty easy to me to jump in a van and go and drop a package off but couldn’t even manage that. Who the hell are these people employing that can’t do the simplest of things. Will never buy a thing from a company again that states to use DPD

Minus 5 Stars if it was available

-5 Stars if it was available. Sent an ebay package to a property numbered 12 but was delivered to number 8. Package was never seen again. Photos showed 2 different property fronts. Tracking shows delivered to a neighbour but whose neighbour?
Made a claim for its loss as delivered to wrong address but was ignored until eventually they said the 28 day deadline to claim had passed. I had emailed this Seb a few times in between but he never replied so that helped make the 28 days go by, which I hadn’t been told about. Contacted the area manager Charlie down here 3 times but he fobbed me off. Told the bloke on the end of the emails that DPD would be on TrustPilot, he quickly reimbursed postage and that’s all. £49 item gone! Parcel Number: 15976932845848

Terrible service from a particular driver

Same driver yet again takes a random
Picture of delivery today’s a one takes the biscuit he did a picture of the clouds. Then says failed delivery and I’ve taken day off to wait for this delivery, he has done this before to other neighbours yet DPD do nothing about it, customer service team in Cornwall rang lovely lady will pass to the poole branch and see what they can do about it I will be claiming compensation for my day off as I tracked all morning and then suddenly when I am the next to drop off he does his usual no one in.

One word appalling.

One word appalling.
Paid extra for Saturday delivery.
Waited in on time slot. Recived email to say delivery failed as not in. Photo was not even my house. Called up to be told you weren't in. They got hold of driver who said would try be back within hour.
Surprise surprise still no show. Will expect a full refund and a delivery when it suits me as work full time.
Advice train your drivers to read the alphabet correctly and know consumer law.you Pay for a service you expect a service. Email sent not happy.

Disgusted is an understatement !!

I had a parcel sent to my brother via dpd. An email with the tracking stated that the delivery would be between 16.06 - 17.06. There was no mention of who the delivery driver would be. My brother is disabled & with lives in a ground floor apartment, it would take a little longer to answer the main entrance door. The driver did not even wait for 1 minute and decided to mark it as a missed delivery. He drove away, but my friendly neighbour ran out & whistled him back. Then the driver explained that he only has 1 minute to deliver a parcel. Total rubbish. He then said that he was going to send a pin number to my brothers mobile. Why would he do that when lve already recieved a pin via email to pass onto the driver. He sent about 5 different pin codes. This is not on. Absolutely disgusting attitude by the delivery driver.
Shame on you DPD.

Good service

Item returned to sender. No information to the customer. Calling the customer service is like speaking to bots. Awful!

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would - have been waiting 2 weeks for a delivery - received a message saying being delivered on the 1st then saying they couldn't and it would be here not he 2nd - didn't arrive and then said returned to sender - if they had tried to deliver it fine but have never been here or made an attempt to deliver (we have ring)

Deliver Driver Not Bother to deliver

Not impressed.

.Deliver driver has full address and contact number. Yet still states he cannot find the address..

I am still waiting for this delivery and have received no call at all from DPD.

I have received numerous emails on my address. This delivery driver has no concept of how to locate a address or bother to contact me.

I have now been informed I have to go their deposits to pick up my items, as they have no clue where I live and cannot understand my address, lol

What kind of useless service is this??

I will not be using this service again.
