Boiler fitted
Danny and James were brilliant first class job as always arrived on time were friendly and helpful and don't leave a mess very tidy. Did a good job fitting new boiler really pleased. Had a bit of concrete left over and put it in a hole in our step which they didn't have to do it was really good of them. First class company reliable and on time wouldn't use anyone else can't praise them enough.

Want paying for work not done
Paid a significant sum of money for a boiler service and diagnosis of a fault - the engineer diagnosed an electrical fault with the boiler and sent an electrician to find out what it was -this cost more.
A team came out fixed it but left with the old thermostat hanging off.
They did not come back as promised to service the boiler. Customer service was poor and evasive.
For the significant sum of money paid upfront it was shoddy and incomplete.

After reviewing your account and the full history of the job, we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency:
• The appointment was booked specifically to diagnose a boiler/heating system fault — not for a boiler service — and no boiler service was included or paid for within the works requested.
• During the initial visit, our OFTEC-registered oil engineer thoroughly checked your system and identified that the issue was electrical in nature, rather than a boiler component failure.
• To ensure the fault was safely resolved, we arranged for our approved external electrical contractor to attend. This was explained in advance, including the additional cost.
• The electrician diagnosed a faulty cylinder thermostat and a failed two-port zone valve. We then provided you with a quotation to replace both, which was agreed and authorised by yourself before we proceeded.
• When carrying out the repairs, our engineer discovered the cylinder thermostat could not be removed due to a water leak from the hot water cylinder — the leak itself being the underlying cause of the fault. This could not have been foreseen prior to dismantling.
• As the thermostat installation could not be completed due to this cylinder defect, we removed the charge for the thermostat element of the works from your invoice.
• We successfully replaced the two-port zone valve and restored heating/hot water operation, and we clearly advised that a replacement hot water cylinder would be required. You declined this further work at the time.
We fully respect your right to leave a review, however we do feel that the rating does not reflect the agreed scope of work nor the efforts made to resolve the issue promptly and professionally. Throughout the process, our office and engineers communicated the costs, findings, and the next steps required.
We remain happy to assist should you wish to proceed with the recommended replacement cylinder, or if there is anything else we can help with.

From start to finish Dan and James were brilliant and I couldn’t rate them highly enough. Professional and friendly and excellent at explaining everything. Boiler, gas fire and underfloor heating all serviced. Sue on the telephone line was really helpful.

The young man who came to do a job for us was very punctual, very friendly and polite. What seemed a big task - renovating a bedroom into a bathroom and transforming the old bathroom into an office was very overwhelming however it was a total breeze! Robs professionalism and knowledge, he coordinated the whole thing which we were very grateful for.
Rob arrived on the dot every day, has a really keen eye for detail, especially his unique tiling skills!

Central heating failure on…
Central heating failure on mother-lnlaws boiler. Struggled to get hold of an engineer.
Contacted DPB Plumbing explained what the problem was, they were at the property within one hour diagnosed the problem made safe. Received the part next day again sorted the boiler checked central heating system.
Big thanks for Dan engineer and Sue in the office arranged a service contract no problem going forward thanks to DPB Plumbing excellent service.

Great service from the initial phone…
Great service from the initial phone call. We could not find the water mains turned off for the house and we had a pipe about to burst and a cistern constantly filling up. We thought we needed to get the mains turned off. Within an hour Sue in administration had arranged a team of engineers to visit our property early next day. The engineers turned up early as arranged, tracked all the pipes through the house and managed to find two places to turn the water mains off. The team were very efficient, polite, friendly and very reassuring.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent service ! Shower screen broken on Monday. Contacted them. Replied within the hour. Details provided. Came and did the job on Friday morning - all done by 10 am. Courteous, efficient and friendly staff who cleared everything away afterwards. No praise is too high !

I have already have the excellent…
I already have the excellent boiler protection with DPD pluming and have just needed a plumer pretty urgently as i had a leak under the bath and dripping from kitchen light fitting. they came within 1 hour and sorted it out. I thought they would have to pretty much rip my floor and lino up but they didnt they were brillian.
