Don't bother. Received the first bridesmaid dress, the dress is lovely but still haven't received my second order 3 weeks later (it hasn't even been dispatched). I've had to order alternative dresses as I can't wait any longer and they don't reply to any messages.

They did not send my order, ignored all my messages and haven’t offered a refund. I had to go via my bank to raise a dispute

Beautiful dressed arrived in timely manner however sizing is all off - I am a 12 and couldn’t even do up a 14. Bridesmaids dresses often run small though so this was not too much of an issue. What is an issue is that the dress arrived with a mark on it and a snag in the fabric so is unwearable. I contacted them to ask to exchange which they confirmed, but they then never replied to further emails when I asked to confirm the address the dress should be returned to. It has been months and I am over £100 out of pocket and have a useless dress I cannot wear. They do not reply to emails nor do they reply on their online chat feature. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a longsleeve bridesmaid dress , they sent the wrong product and asked me to return it to them, for a refund. As well as the actual dress now being out of stock.
Item was sent back to them, for which I have proof of delivery from Royal Mail.
More than Two weeks later, still no refund and no one from the company has had the common courtesy to respond to any of my emails with regard to this.
Awful customer service, for a company dealing in such pricey dresses.
I would not recommend them at all.

A scam!!! DO NOT USE!!!!

I ordered a dress that came latw with a small stain, a huge stain, AND a snag. The pleats in the top have been pressed horribly, very wonky. I held it up to the light and it's SEE THROUGH. I went to look at the instructions for washing on the inside and it had another companies label on it. MADE IN CHINA. found the same photo on Ali express for less than half the price.

Do not wash, do not dry clean, do not tumble try, do not iron or steam. Basically it's a dress you're able to wear once providing it's even wearable, mine isn't, for a premium price tag. Told them I wasn't happy via instagram and they did reply but deleted it before I opened it. I had to send multiple messages before I got a response. and now I'm being threatened with legal action because I've left an honest Google review

The dress arrived promptly and is beautiful. Really excellent quality for the price. Sizing accurate.

I would have awarded 5 stars but the packaging really wasn’t great. A gown that cost £150 arrived folded in a small polythene envelope which means that it is badly creased. It will not be an easy fabric to iron or steam but it cannot be worn without pressing.

Ordered a dress in 2 sizes. One arrived, one didn't. By the time we had emailed back and forth to cancel the 2nd dress, their returns window had elapsed and they now say we can only return the 1st dress for an exchange or credit. They are now not replying to my emails so I have just reported them to Trading Standards for not adhering to online selling law.
