Easy to use website with lots of guidance, easy upload process. I'm really pleased with the final product, which is a memoir for my Mum for her 90th. I think she'll love it and I can't wait to give it to her. I chose gloss front and back and they look great. I wasn't sure what sort of paper the pages would be printed on and was worried they might be matte or thin and see-through, but they are just like good quality, slight gloss book pages. Production and delivery was within the timescale I was given, with an option for expedited if needed. The only downside was that it wasn't easy (and in fact I gave up in the end) to add text for the spine. To do this you needed to create an entire design that incorporated the front cover, back cover and spine. It's only a small thing though.
