It’s a joke. I ordered several times in the past and always managed to get my stuff - I am back after few months, 80£ taken from my account but no sign or visual of my products! What happened? Impossible to contact anyone as 2 phones listed on the website are dead and a phone I was given does now answer. I found the owner on gov website and will file a case for small claims court if I do not get my products delivered to Northwich!!!!!!!
Just bad experience.
Never again. After placing an order and making the payment, I received a partial refund for the unavailable items. As these items accounted for more than half of my order, I contacted the shop to inquire if they could cancel my order under these circumstances. The reason is that the items I wanted the most were not included, and the cost of delivery for the few remaining items was almost equal to the amount I paid for the available items. This made the remaining items quite expensive when taking the delivery cost into consideration.
Their response was that they had already sent the parcel and that it was my fault for not receiving the items as I had chosen not to have them substituted. They also mentioned that they did not have the time to individually update customers on their orders. This lack of professionalism was disappointing, but as package was already sent, there was nothing we could do.
To my surprise, upon receiving the parcel, I found that out of the 7 items, 3 of them were SUBSTITUSIONS. Furthermore, one of the items was broken and 2 items weighed 30% less than what I had ordered.
The only positive aspect I can see is that the underweighted cold cuts appear to be fresh (hence one star more).
I would advise staying away from this establishment. This was my second time using this online shop (silly me decided to give them a second chance), and both of my experiences were rather appalling. Full me twice... But there will be no third time for sure!!!!

Horrible! I had booked delivery today at 10 am. No-one come! No message, no phone calls, nothing 😡 Still waiting for refund money! I contacted my bank already.. best worst online polish shop.. 👎👎👎

I made my order last Sunday. It arrived on Tuesday by DHL currier. The package was sealed properly and all products were packed individually. I want to reassure all people who are reading those bad reviews that I ordered from them twice and both orders were absolutely fine. Nothing was missing. I would suggest not to order yogurts as they can get damaged in the box.

Absolutely disgusting company. Avoid! The order came to me on a different day than I asked for. Therefore, I had to leave my job to pick it up as the driver refused to take it back. Several items were missing and I haven't received any refund for them. Some items were expired. We received some items that we didn't order. There's no contact with the company as they are not responding the emails or the phone calls. Avoid at any cost!

No one to speak to or contact for a delivery and postage over £70. Wrong items packed, missing items (11 beers) 4 in package, 1 broken. Ordered Milka chocolate bars 4 in total, got none of the ones I ordered, 4 drinks wrong size, and biscuits wrong kind completely. Now no one takes calls or messages after 3pm!

I placed an order with Dowozka because they have good selection of product on their website and also their website came across as very well organised professional trader.
I placed my order on Friday just before the bank holiday and wasn't sure when my order will arrive due to bank holiday. I tried to contact them on what's App as per their website but the messages are blocked don't go through at all. Whats the point of putting what's app contact on the website if this is not working at all. Then I tried to call them they do not answer the phone at all. I left two messages and no one bothered to call back. I had a look at the reviews here and I was really worried. The customer service is in non existence not sure what they gain from providing all this info on the website about how great they are and contact details which are obsolete. You can mislead customer only once and this customer will not come back. the order arrived with only one day of delay which is good considering bank holiday. There were few products not avaliable for which they send an email saying they processed refund. Two cheesecakes had expiration date on the day of delivery which I think it is not fair to send product like that. Other products were good. Overall I will not order from them again. there are other online shops with Polish food which are a lot better. Providing misleading info and contacts on the website is not very trust inspiring.

[Order #22244] (30/06/2023), missing items of £6.55 value, tried to contact the company all week, no WhatsApp number not available, emails bouncing back, left message on the answering machine, no callback, nothing, no communication at all. Expensive groceries, expensive delivery and missing items on top made this experience very, very poor and I regret buying from them.
I never received my goods
I never received my goods. Firstly my message to cancel to order because of the £9.89 delivery charge was blocked. Then another email saying I never received the goods I sent to their customer service was blocked. Do not recommend at all. Don’t bother and don’t waste your money.

it is not possible to file a complaint to get a refund for not received goods because their email address, WhatsApp, phone number does not work. Facebook when I send a message that I have not received the ordered goods they do not respond but my message text was read by DOWOZKA when I send an email I get a return email from mailer-daemon
simply DOWOZKA is a shop of scammers they rob customers by charging money for not delivered goods

I had not bad experience with ordering from them twice so decided tried again.
The delivery should have been made before the Easter on Thursday but UPS postponed it to Tuesday. It's a scandal itself. When finally I got my parcel everything was wet because of poor packaging standard.
I had to binned a lot of the stuff.
