Hopeless
Placed an order online for three items that were "in-stock". A week went by with no communication from the store. I emailed the address on the site after seeing the order status had changed to "backorder approved." Approved by who? I emailed again the following week since the first email didn't receive a response. This time copying in another email address I found. Again no response. I called the store who were apologetic and told me the tent I had ordered was discontinued and they no longer had stock. I could either buy a less expensive one or pay more money for the newer version of what I wanted but they didn't know when the stock would arrive. Had I not called, the order would have just stayed in limbo. Order cancelled, refunded and I bought the product elsewhere. COVID may affect small Aussie businesses but the real killer is lazy customer service. I won't buy anything from this store again.
