Terrible customer service.
I purchased a set of bedside tables and the colour of the rattan webbing is completely different to the advertised set online. Whilst I appreciate there is some colour variation due to a difference in monitors ( as stated on their website) on this occasion I don’t believe this to be the case. The staff are not interested in helping and actually tried to gaslight me by saying they couldn't see a difference at all. Buyer beware of purchasing anything from this business online. I note that another reviewer has had a similar experience purchasing online, seems to be a pattern of behaviour.

Bought the Baby Farmers Stool which states the dimensions and weight on the site and then states "Please note this product is handcrafted and will therefore be unique in grain, texture and size. Dimensions below are approximates only." Size and weight quoted on site are: W32 x D20 x H26cm. Weight 1.2kg.

Stool arrived: W25 x D14 x H15. Weight 964 grams.

When asked to assist with either refund or re-issue of a stool the company sent a terse email stating that sizes advertised on the website are approximate. There is a height difference of 11cm. That is beyond an acceptable variance.

I'd give them 0 if I could.
