Sent the wrong item 5 days before Xmas somewhat spoiling my girlfriends Xmas - not too impressed at the time. However, subsequently have acted superbly not only sending the correct item but picking up the wrong one and offering a discount on my next purchase. Impressive response to an issue, would definitely buy from them again.

Exquisite Custom 2 ct Solitaire Diamond Earrings, 18K White Gold
I had been looking for a pair of solitaire diamond earrings that would be a statement piece and an heirloom, but also produced sustainably. I fell in love with the earrings when I received them as Dove Diamond made sure it matched my requirements. It’s exquisite, I’ve received multiple compliments, and best of all, it was a better price than I would have paid at a high street retailer.
I found Dove Diamond after searching online, and had a free consultation with them to evaluate their products and understand their process. I felt understood and was kept informed about progress. I will definitely be going back to them for smaller pieces to wear and gift over the holidays.

I used Dovediamond to order a surprise pendant and earrings set for my wife. I was quite drawn by its ethos that helped a guilt free purchase. Packaging was wonderful and my wife's eyes lit up on seeing the gift. She absolutely loved the jewellery! The diamonds shone like real and the artisanship is very beautiful too.
