WARNING do not buy they do not respond to emails and you would not get the refund back. Trust me I have sent at least over 10 emails and they refused to reply. 0 was not there so I jad to give it a one this company is not professional

Order #DOUXD149028 is a month late. Tracking is fake. Customer service is ghosting me. They are just scamming people.

I placed an order from this company on October 9, and because I live in Canada I was forced to pay $25 customs on top of the $110. I had paid the company. What I received was a box with a case for a brush. Nothing else. When I reached out to them, I was told they were low on stock and sending more. I received a tracking number that is a fake tracking number. I have emailed weekly for nearly the last three months and I’ve gotten zero response

This company is a scam and somebody is $130 richer and I’m $130 poor because this is a scam. Please save yourself from this massively funded social media campaign and do not under any circumstances buy from this company.

Beware: this company uses delay tactics to keep your money. I’ve been waiting since early November. They refused my cancellation request, promised immediate shipping, and then created a fake shipping request that was quickly deleted. They are now ignoring any emails regarding a refund.

I placed an order on November 5th and it has been nothing but a headache since. After weeks of no updates, I tried to cancel, but was told I had 'no choice' but to wait because it would ship 'soon.' They eventually created a shipping label to make it look like progress was being made, only for that request to be canceled a few days later.
​Worst of all, their customer service is intentionally evasive. They only reply to my emails if I don't mention the word 'cancel.' As soon as I ask for my money back, they go silent. It has been months and I have neither my item nor a refund. Absolute lack of transparence avoid this company.

They didn't deliver, now they claim they don't even have the order.

Feels like a scam to me.

I’ve used all of Douxds skincare serums, WAR Face Wash, Prime Face Quench, and CRUSH Bump Eliminator. They do not work on my type of skin. It claims to be for all skin types, but really it doesn’t, something in their ingredients list is making my skin not like it and taking the stuff to clear the pores up.
