Customer service are always quick to reply in answering any questions. The products are great quality and our plumber seemed particularly enthusiastic about the tap and said it was a treat to fit.

Good quality product - well packed - good instructions for assembly - and it works very well. I had a pump operated Berkley ceramic filter in 1971 and it kept us safe in Asia and South America so glad to have another now.

After a few weeks of researching, I bought a 6 litre Countertop Water Filter with 4 filters .. the 2 standard ones and the 2 optional chlorine removing ones. It’s worth every penny and I would encourage you, if you’re researching water filters, to go for it! My water is so pure now - even better than the bottled water I used to buy. I have an unlimited supply of fresh clean water now .. I boil potatoes, veggies etc, the dog has fresh water and even the plants now have pure water thanks to my new Doulton water filter. This company is truly the best. My filter with its teak stand looks great as well!!

No complaints at all. It was easy to order replacement filters and they arrived promptly, securely packaged and in good condition. More generally, I am very pleased with the overall quality and performance of my countertop Doulton water filter.

Customer services were excellent as my address was wrong they quickly corrected and sent my order. I have a subscription for filters which is really helpful and they are delivered promptly every 6 months

Brilliant water filter system.
I recently had a problem with my order and customer services sorted it out very quickly for me.
I always recommend Doulton to my friends too.

Service is good,
Steel body is very light ( very thing gauge) and was expecting a quality tap( it is a cheap plastic tap)
Overall it is not worth for what I paid

Fast delivery, product as used to

Good product but not impressed with after sales as they cannot identify the correct reference for a replacement drinking water TAP cartridge, if it should be needed in the future.
It took persistent emails to eventually get correct ref for HOT/COLD cartridge which apparently is FL02GJ Ceramic Cartridge. If replacement cartridges are not easily available then the complete tap becomes a throw away item when the TAP cartridge leaks.

Doulton seem to be an honest British company, making important water filtration systems that every household needs.
Their service is quick and reliable.

Simple to use. Delivered on time. No problems Works excellent for off grid.

Ordered an 8.5l system, and 4 filters, says can use 2 or 4 filters so I figure get 2 spare whilst getting it all delivered. Arrived with no grommets to seal the 2 holes I wouldn't be using a filter in. Have to pay £15 for them delivered, have read down approx 60 lines of text near the bottom of the description to find out they won't put a couple of bits of rubber that cost them pennies no doubt. Considering the cost, I'm seriously debating just returning it all out of principle, poor. Edit: after a poor first encounter on webchat they contacted me to resolve, I'm happy since they reached out but could have been handled better initially
