Supplements have no effect whatsoever…
Supplements have no effect whatsoever for us. We have purchased many hundreds of dollars of their supplements. Independent lab testing they advertise is not real.
CLabs tested their saffron and said it only had 3% of the claimed amount. CL said the Double Wood brand is therefore not recommended.
Furthermore, naturproscientific has a list of bad supplements showing claimed amounts on label vs. the independent lab testing of Double Wood supplements and the results were very disappointing. In some cases Double Wood results showed only 16% of the claimed label amount were in the capsules.
My personal experience after having taken Double Wood for years with no detectable results was that switching to a more reputable brand like NDepot was an epiphany. Finally I am getting incredible results with a sleep stack that was failing completely while using Double Wood.
I regret using their supplements for so long and wasting a large amount of money. My faith in them is now shattered.

I've been taking multiple of their supplements for about 8 months including NMNH, Saffron extract, TMG, Fisetin, and Quercetin. I'm happy with the quality. I looked at A LOT of reviews and I haven't found any real evidence that Doublewood's products are anything but legitimate. To people reading this, I suggest you do the research on your own as well. Research the supplements fully and the company. I've worked in neutraceuticals and you need to be sure for yourself and your own health. There are plenty of companies using low cost and or contaminated products. Doublewood doesn't appear to be one of those companies.

Selling Poor Quality Supplements
This company does not sell good quality supplements. Symptoms of nausea and tingling arms tied directly to a new supplement I purchased from this company. They are probably sourcing their supplements from China that are either fake or very low quality.

Doublewood supplements has terrible customer support as many others have reported. Doublewood supplements is convinced I'm a criminal. I am not a criminal. All of my orders have been canceled my and they've blocked my IP address from pages on their website. I've sent them a copy of my passport. There doesn't seem to be a way to fix this with the company as they plain and simple don't care! *** And now they lie in their response.

I have been taking Benfotiamine for pain for a while. Unfortunately, Benfotiamine was unavailable from Double Wood for several months, and there is no date when it might be available. So...I ordered from a different company but it wasn't as good as Double Wood Benfotiamine. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I received my subscription order from Amazon! I am so happy to have my Double Wood Benfotiamine back.

The bottle does not state what the ratios are of this herb. I also read that the lab they claim certifies their herbs as organic or heavy metal free phone is inoperable. I have stopped taking this herb because it may have screwed up my thyroid function and I have to for testing. Check out the companies you buy from first and do not buy from Amazon. Fake reviews.

Product ordered, out for delivery but never delivered. Double Woods customer service checked, found the postal system lost it. But I was made whole 2 days later when it arrived around 9PM the day before Christmas/Hanukkah!

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
They sent me 4 emails saying an order was not going through as the card was no longer valid. AT NO POINT DID THEY RECEIVE A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER. They then push through the transaction with Visa. I indicate to my credit card it was not authorized and the company sent FOUR emails stating the transaction would not go through. Now they're saying I have to pay shipping back on items I was told were not coming. They have the absolute worst customer service and poor business practices.

Our system sends notifications if a payment for a subscription cannot be processed. Once the payment information is updated or becomes valid again, the system automatically resumes the subscription. We understand how this process can be misunderstood, and we regret any inconvenience it caused.
Regarding the return, we do have a policy that requires customers to arrange return shipping for subscription orders. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to make this right.

Problem solving
I ordered magnesium supplements that got lost in shipment. I followed their progress to Portland Oregon where they sat for over a week. After contacting Double Wood it was determined the shipment was lost in transit. Double Wood then sent out a second shipment that arrived quickly. Thank you. After almost a month the first shipment then showed up in my mail box. I contacted Double Wood to determine what to do with this late arriving shipment. They told me to keep it as good will for my troubles. Again Thank You, Double Wood. All the while Double Wood was kind and sincerely trying to resole the problem.

terrile shipping and service and ads…
I ordered off the website as that was the only place I coould find to get magnesium taurate. It is taking a very long time to get it. It is now a week, and no sign of it.
I have decided to never order again because they have no phone number for customer service. Also now I am get constant popup ads following me allover google Chrome. It is horrible. bottles that jump from the page.
