Thank you for your feedback , I’m sorry you were disappointed. For clarity, our products are research-use compounds and not FDA-approved medications. effects can vary significantly between each test subject and are not guaranteed. Also, many researchers report that noticeable appetite-related effects may take several weeks up to 4-6 depending on protocol and dosing. Not just in 1-2 weeks as you stated in your email. Sensation doesn't always equal causation.
If you’d like, please reach out to our support team and we can help verify your reconstitution and dosing calculations to ensure everything was prepared correctly. This is where many researchers fall short and under dose their subjects.

Tracking is normally sent automatically once an order ships, so I’m not entirely sure why it didn’t go out in this case. That said, as with any automated system, occasional errors can happen in an imperfect world, and we’re always working to reduce those.
You’re also correct that payment can feel confusing. Operating in this space makes traditional credit card processing challenging, but we’re actively working to have full CC processing in place by the end of January, which will greatly streamline checkout and communication.

First order was great received product right away. Order a second time in December and still have not received my order. I’ve also tried to reach out multiple times without a response. If I can’t get the order id like to be refunded.

Thanks for the review. I want to clarify a few important points so this can be resolved correctly.
We’ve reviewed our system and email logs, and at this time we only see one completed order and payment, which was fulfilled successfully. We do not see a second completed order or cleared payment on our end. There is a bac water order currently marked on hold awaiting payment, but no funds have cleared and nothing has been released or shipped for that order.
We’ve also checked our inbox and do not have any emails regarding a second paid order. That said, if you have a receipt, confirmation email, or screenshot showing payment for a second order, please send it to info@doublerlabs.is
and we’ll immediately process and ship it.
If no payment was completed, there is nothing to refund , but if you can provide proof of payment, we’ll take care of it right away. We’re happy to help get this resolved as quickly as possible.

I’m sorry for the frustration this delay caused—I understand how disappointing that can be.
Your order was processed and shipped the next business day, but we did make an internal error and selected ground shipping instead of UPS 2-Day Air, which extended transit time, especially with holiday carrier delays. That part is on us.
To be fair, I’ve already refunded the cost difference between 2-Day Air and ground shipping, as you shouldn’t pay for a service you didn’t receive.
This was a one-off shipping selection error and not reflective of our normal service, which you’ve experienced on prior orders. Your package is currently in transit, and I’ll make sure you’re taken care of if anything comes up.
