I’d give it 0 stars if I could!!

Ordered for a birthday present 7 weeks ago, have not had any progress with it. Very weird tracking details, got the shopify app that just says ‘waiting to be shipped’. Contacted them on live chat which was a waste of time

Disputed this with my bank, do not order from them they need shutting down!

I made an order 1 months ago, and my stuff still hasn't been shipped yet. When I asked their support about this, he said that they had some problems with the warehouse, and that all the orders should be going out soon. Soon my ass.

Unfortunately I purchased some items from this “company” and never received it. I disputed it through my credit card company and they sent out bogus tracking information to appease the CC company. Still waiting and the tracking info has it sitting in China for the last two months... I wouldn’t waste your money.

don't trust these guys they don't know what they're doing. they seemingly withhold orders effectively taking money without supplying a product in return. this is unacceptable and no one should be able to get away with this. I've been trying to get my money back but i cannot even get into contact with the company.

Useless. Kelly Scott Orr should not be trusted to run any sort of company. He owns DoubleCrossed and Teen Hearts and randomly withholds orders with both companies.

Don't expect any response on any platform whatsoever when your items don't arrive. You won't get your money back from them, you'll have to go through the bank. It got to the point where I had to find Kelly's personal phone number to give him a few calls. Each time I was met with the answerphone message.

Just don't bother with this company or anything else Kelly Orr is involved in.

they steal your money and have bad quality stuff thats overpriced as f and fake sales just to get you to buy their stuff its like romwe dont even waste your time
