I did a three month programme with…

I did a three month programme with Dottie, to help boost my confidence and knowledge with weights/strength training. I enjoyed it SO much, having the structured workouts right there so you don’t have to think. It was great knowing that my workouts weren’t just random (as they were when I was in charge!), and I was actually achieving something each time. I’ve definitely got stronger, and feel confident doing way more stuff in the gym. Dottie is the best balance of fun but firm, she will make sure you get it done but with all the kindness and love along with it! I found it so useful/reassuring that she was always at the end of the phone, and always made time for me if I sent a question or worry etc. Thoroughly recommend.

She is an absolute legend!

I joined Dottie’s fitness program for a four months last year with the goal of getting stronger and learn how to create discipline in my workouts. She was an absolute legend! Not only are the training plans personalised, she really makes sure they can be integrated to your daily life. The weekly catch-ups are always motivating and full of laughs (and dogs - big plus if you ask me). A few months on without her I can say that her training has real long lasting effects as I now am still motivated to move my body can craft my own workouts on the go.

She is a great coach and I can highly recommend her for anyone who just needs that extra push of motivation and accountability to start seeing great results!

Dottie is the coach you all need !!!

When I first went to Dottie I was very lost and completely lacked any knowledge on how to change my diet and manage my workout routine. I felt very low and thought I wanted to 'loose weight' and constantly looked down on myself and compared myself to others. Since working with Dottie, I have had a complete change in mindset and she has given me the confidence I need to understand the meanings behind things and how to manage it. I can now comfortably plan my own workout routine and understand why I do certain things. I can also take control of what i'm putting in my body with out going on a 'diet' or cutting things out, which works really well for me. I could not recommend Dottie enough, she is compassionate and really cares about you and uses her extensive knowledge to work around your lifestyle - even when life throws everything at you Dottie helps navigate around it. If you are looking for some guidance in life, fitness, food, etc Dottie is your gal!!

I contacted Dottie to talk about my…

I contacted Dottie to talk about my eating habits and understand triggers of binging more. I’ve always gone to the gym lots and I understand food and macros but have never been able to intuitively eat and be more consistent. I would have a few months of binging and then going on an aggressive calorie deficit to cancel it out which wasn’t sustainable. The way Dottie has worked with me has not made it feel like I’m on a ‘diet’ and nothing has felt like it’s taken loads of will power to achieve. She implements small changes and helps you understand the reason behind why you may snack etc and clever ways to undo the habits. I’ve now finished my time with Dottie and for the first time ever it’s not felt like I’m doing something until I hit a goal and then I completely stop. This is more a lifestyle change and I’m not worried that I’ll go off the rails without her because I have confidence in what she has taught me. It makes me think ‘why is everyone not told this it’s so much easier than you think!’ She’s always a joy to chat to and is very understanding and sympathetic to the fact that life goes on and not every day will be ideal in terms of nutrition but that’s fine and we keep going. It’s changed my attitude towards ‘bad’ foods, I don’t feel guilty when I eat them anymore. Dottie helped me navigate a busy summer with 6 wedding weekends and a couple of holidays and still make progress in the right direction. She’s a legend and I love her!

Virtual Client Review

Dottie has helped me for 7 weeks this summer to work on my strength & conditioning. As a triathlete and runner this is something I have, guilty, not made enough time for. I also had my wedding at the end of the 7 weeks, so there wasn’t a better time to motivate myself and work on this aspect of my training.
The workouts she set me focused on building my upper body and core. I ended up enjoying my workouts so much, that I have decided I want to continue with Dottie on a regular basis. She is such a joy to work with; knowledgeable, caring, motivating and so generous with her time. Even as a virtual client, she was always at the end of the phone answering all my silly questions!
The workouts were tough (which is want I needed, to challenge myself) but super rewarding. I have felt stronger running, been told I look more toned (whoop!) and I have also felt better for tweaking my diet, realising that there are more alternatives out there that are more nutritional. Learning about food swapping, protein intake and the value of loading your plate with fruit & veg, might seem obvious to a triathlete like myself but I have enjoyed leaning new things about what this means & how to get into better habits over time.
A huge thank you to you Dottie, you are one of a kind in your field of work and I couldn’t recommend Dottie enough. I am excited to see what and where our journey goes over the next few months! A huge hug and thanks again :)

Dottie is my hero

I came to Dottie at the start of the year as I had just started a new touring job with a completely different schedule and felt completely out of whack with my fitness and nutrition. She has been nothing short of a miracle worker. Not only giving me personally tailored workouts to fit around my hectic lifestyle, but helping me with specific meal plans for whatever my situation happened to be that week (some weeks I barely had a microwave!) Dottie has made me feel in control again and I could not recommend her enough. Total hero! X

5 stars for Dottie!!

I’ve been training with Dottie for around 4 months and despite a bad bout of COVID and a small injury, it’s the most consistent, dedicated and motivated I’ve been with my training. I’m putting this down to Dottie’s incredible training plans, adaptability and the way she is able to make training fit around my life, not the other way around. I have achieved my goals not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. She provides so many tools, tips and tricks that put me in such good stead going forward. I cannot recommend you highly enough Dottie, you’re amazing!! Thank YOU for all you have and will continue to do for me, my mind and my body.

I AM OBSESSED WITH DOTTIE!!

When I say Dottie has changed my life and I’ll never not have her as my coach, I am not exaggerating. I started with her 9 weeks ago and the difference I have seen in my training is actually life changing. I’ve trained consistently 5 x a week, EVEN on my period - not because she makes me, because I want to. I started with her to get consistency but the benefits are so much more than that. I was having anxiety attacks every other week before meeting Dottie, I haven’t had one since. I booked a spontaneous Beach holiday and didn’t panic about wearing a bikini because I love the way my body looks now and I can eat what I want with no guilt. I’m totally obsessed with you Dottie, never stop doing this job!!

The best trainer in the whole world!

Dottie has been my trainer since I moved over from the US in 2016 and I couldn’t imagine my life in London without her. My relationship with body image and self-esteem has not always been a healthy one but she has helped me to lean into my own physical and mental wellness when I have needed it the most. She is engaging, compassionate, fun and incredibly focused. Working out used to be something I dreaded but now I look forward to each of my sessions with her. It’s like working out with a really motivated and encouraging friend, who also happens to be a great listener.
A few times a year she puts together a 6 week program for her clients. They are choc full of dynamic workouts, benchmarks and lots of encouragement. I’m currently in the midst of one now and it’s gotten me back on the workout wagon in full force.
And lastly, with (A LOT) of diet guidance and vigorous exercise she managed to help me get down from a size 10 to a size 6 in the run-up to my wedding.
Thank you so much Dot! You’re such a superstar and we’re all so lucky to have you!!!

Highly recommend

I've been training with Dottie for 5 months now, and have loved every session. Dottie's approach is so well-rounded; fitness, strength, and accountability all covered. And she manages to lead with kindness, empathy, and fun every time. I leave every session feeling better about where I'm at, and am always grinning ear to ear. Thank you, Dottie! Highly recommend!

Boss woman.

I started working with Dottie after trying to get back into exercise and routine for a few months by myself and struggling. She was a breath of fresh air, such a positive energy and clearly brilliant at what she does. I managed to get into a solid routine, signed up for my first half marathon in 5 years, felt emotionally and mentally a lot better and got a better bum out of it as a bonus. I recommend Dottie to friends and anyone else for a good coach.

She’s quite simply life enhancing!

I’ve been training with Dottie for 8 years now. We met when she was a PT at a well known chain of gyms and she’s not been able to get rid of me ever since then.

I honestly can’t imagine my life without her. She’s fundamentally changed my attitude to fitness (for the good) but beyond that she’s always been there through good times and bad fully appreciating that there is no separation between mental and physical health.

There are a LOT of PTs out there but very few with Dottie’s ability to get results while making it fun. I honestly think that laughter is part of her abs programme.

Dottie is awesome

I have trained with Dottie for years. I love her. She pushes me but she also adapts her training so well if I have physical issues. Additionally or importantly if I turn up to a session with her feeling grumpy I always leave with a smile on my face. Just trust her.

Love Dottie and all of the programs…

Love Dottie and all of the programs that she offers! I have done two challenges and now back to carry on the routine with the Tribe. Her programs have been an absolute game changer for smashing my fitness goals. They are challenging but offer the right amount of support and flexibility to keep at it. Not to mention she is just an all round lovely person! I can not recommend Dottie enough!

Don’t hesitate! Do it with Dottie!

I started training with Dottie online since the first lockdown 9 months ago. I’ve also taken part in two #doitwithdottie challenges. I can’t recommend training with Dottie highly enough - the content of her workouts is varied, extremely challenging and enjoyable! Yes even those crazy chippers and accumulators - brilliant! She kept me sane and on track during the challenging months of 2020, when I thought I’d definitely fall off the training and nutrition wagon, and I am really happy with the fitness gains I’ve made thanks to her programming and motivation! Can’t thank you enough Dottie!

Fitness life saver

I started training with Dottie during lockdown via zoom workouts, and can really say it saved my all round fitness, motivation levels and mental health during the whole period! I choose Dottie over anyone else as the workouts are structured, varied and super demanding, even for someone who trains regularly at bootcamps / gyms. Alot of accountability involved and clearly knowing what she’s doing, so I’ve continued with Dottie ever since!

Wonderful PT all round!

Dottie is a great PT, her challenges are diverse, fun, and achieveable. They honestly have you sweating by the end regardless of what stage of fitness you are. Her challenges are great, short burst of high motivation, high accountability and tips and tricks that will stay with you beyond the challenge! I have worked on and off with her for a year now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Do it with Dottie!

The 'Dottie on Demand' sessions are extremely well structured and such an amazing work out. I always finish dripping in sweat and red as a tomato! I have also done Dottie's online 1 to 1 training during the pandemic. Not only are the workouts fantastic, Dottie really listens to what your goals are and programs your workouts and nutrition to suit your life, rather than giving you a cookie cutter plan. Her nutritional guidance really helps to you hone in on where you can improve, and how you can still live your life while meeting your goals. She really helps to focus on your mental health as well and helping you to make changes in areas which may not be serving you. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and a very sweet and caring person. I HIGHLY recommend for any goal you may have.
