We have been trying for weeks to get an invoice for the license we purchased.
We need a German version for this - not an English one. This was not apparent in the online shop.
No response via chat or email contact.

I ordered a Licsense key from them wich at first was invalid wich happens sometimes. But after reaching out to thier customer support they sent me a new key without asking unecessary questions and the response time was insanley good aswell (i wrote an email at 2:00 in the morning at got the respone at 12:00 the same day)

I wish every customer support would be this good!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a piece of software and received the wrong item. That was 4 weeks ago and it still has not been resolved. Not even a response. I would NOT recommend this company!!!!!! They have an "online chat" service that you send a message and you sit there like a monkey waiting for a response and the screen constantly says "wait time 1 minute" and you can wait 15 to 20 minutes before the site refreshes the chat and you start over. I am the fool for buying from this joke of a company. Great joke fellas, you got me.

Would give a 5 star however, this is my second purchase here on Dotnet Keys, and as I purshcasd and installed 2019 Office, I had no issues what so ever. Perfect install, and lic was was enabled. But, my second purchase of Office 2021, installation went well no issues there. However, As I received a notification stating that the License has been used before. Which meant that everytime I would open Word, Excel etc, I would get the "NEED TO REG......" and have to Click cancel for Word to open. Word still worked,, just really annoying to deal with the opening process

After downloading an "unidentified developer" copy of the app I didn't receive any requested help. An "identified developer" copy of the app would have solved the issue. Fortunately after numerous emails and calls (unanswered) I was refunded for my purchase amount. A real pain-in-ass experience!

I downloaded Office 2016 from Dotnet and the process was easy and went very smoothly. However, I ran into some trouble having Microsoft activate the account. I tried several ideas and went online to look for a solution but nothing seemed to work. So I decided to use the live chat Dotnet Keys offers, not really expecting much. However, within a few seconds, I had someone on the other end and he was extremely helpful and patient with me. Within a few minutes we had the problem resolved and I was very impressed! If the opportunity arises, I would use Dotnet Keys again and highly recommend this company.

Key worked on the first time and seems to have unlocked perpetual kays

I was urgently looking for MS- Office pro I could use it on that day and I found Dotnet Keys. It was amazingly fast and easy process overall!! My initial key did not work so I texted the chat box to ask for help without expecting somebody would be there because it was 6am in the morning. There was a reply right away within a minute and Adam helped me by contacting the other department to get me a new key! I successfully download the whole program and I am using it now happily ever after! Thank you Donet keys & Adam!

Download went without a hitch. Activation code was rejected twice, NONE of the help functions resolved the issue. Never got to talk to a human,

Exactly as promised with responsive customer service.

They advertised instant downloads for software purchased on their site. I ordered MS Publisher and paid via PayPal. I received a receipt from PayPal but nothing from Dotnet Keys. The phone number for support on their website is not in service!! Also they are not responding to their “24/7 support email”. Looks like I’ll be pursuing a refund through PayPal!

UPDATE: I finally received an email the next day with the license key. So much for instant downloads. Haven’t had access to my PC to try it yet but at least there’s a real person behind the web site. I’ll update my review after trying this key.
UPDATE #2: I installed the MS Publisher 2019 on my computer and the provided key was accepted by my Microsoft account. It activated fine and the package works great. So it appears that while Dotnet Keys is not managed the best and isn’t the “instant download” source they claim, it is legit.

Excellent Customer service. Attentive. Through. Listens and does NOT get impatient. Impressed with his overall demeanor and my experience.
