1 star is too good. Absolute scammers.
Placed an order on 22/10/24 for a pair of slippers, to this day - 20/1/25 - I have never received them or got any response from my emails sent. I see now the website has been closed - convenient .
I disputed the payment through my bank, which DOTERO, today, have now had the absolute CHEEK to dispute 🤣🤣🤣🤣I mean how dare they, talk about audacity.

Hopefully everyone gets back every penny they are owed and who every runs this company are lonely and penniless. The problem with online shopping!!!!!!

These are scammers. Take your money and don't send the product. I even received an email confirming they sent the slippers but no confirmation of evidence and no more replies. Companies House website shows the company as dissolved. 100% dishonest. My bank have been really helpful, tell your bank or credit card companies ASAP.

I placed an order for car slippers on 28/11/2024 and I received an email of confirmation of my order. The money was also taken from my account. I have emailed them several times with no reply and now see the website isn’t available. Please do not order from this company.

Scam, they blocked me on Facebook because they didn’t like my reviews ordered 3 x slippers never received anything

Purchased 2 x slippers on 10th December, received email of order confirmation. Then waited and waited and waited for the tracking number. Looked back on website and emailed the company, saying I need the tracking number as it was the 19th and told them I will dispute with AMEX if they don't reply. Following day I went back onto the website to find it no longer existed and also started to see others post reviews on Trustpilot. I immediately contacted AMEX who are now dealing with this.
I have also reported them to Trading Standards.

UPDATE:- Today:- 27 Dec 2024 I was emailed by Citizens Advice and told to report to Action Fraud. I have filled in the information and now await to hear back.

UPDATE:- Today 1 Jan 2025 AMEX have fully refunded me.

My order seems to have got lost and they haven't bothered to answer any emails.

Appalling aviod like the plague.
Same experience to Mr&Mrs Spence could have been a scam shell company I was checking today before emailing again but having seen their review I now know to contact the credit card company.

I ordered a pair of slippers from this company for my dad for Christmas in November. Item never arrived. Tried contacting multiple times with no response. Went onto their website on 22/12/24 to try and contact them again but the website is no longer active. Pure scam.

Ordered on the 29th October and still no delivery.. they have also taken the website down so you can’t even track the order anymore, the will not respond to emails. Very very bad!

WARNING! Do not buy from these people. I paid for my slippers on October 4th and have not received anything. When I try to contact the company I never get a response.

Ordered slippers on 10th November emailed them twice and only had one reply saying they would be with me in a few days now the 18th December still no slippers scamming scum..

Don't use this website!!! Ordered Lamborghini slippers on 17 Nov. Never received and no reply to emails.
Obviously scammed! Was part of my son's present!!! Would like money back but since won't communicate If say my chances are zilch!!!!

Do not use this website. I ordered slippers nearly two months ago and they haven’t arrive or even been shipped. I have sent two emails and received nothing back.

Orders 2 pairs of Lovely Slippers on 5/10/24. STILL NOT ARRIVED, 16/12/24.
Emailed early November and told they have been dispatched!

We ordered some car slippers mid November and received confirmation but nothing saying when they will arrive we sent a message but got no response we have contacted the bank to get our money back and got told by them we will have to wait 15 days too put a claim in for money back so we waited 15 days just too be told now we have to wait 40 - 90 days I’m so mad 😡 don’t buy from them it’s a scam

I’m so angry I ordered 3 x slippers which cost around £80 which was ordered on 17/10/24 and still haven’t arrived. There’s no way of contacting except emails. These were Xmas gifts I’m furious

This company are falsely advertising products and sending them to the buyer.

Order placed on 15th November. No item ever received. No response to emails and no other forms to contact.
