Quick and easy

Didn’t receive canvas after a month of waiting - emailed several times for an update and was told they would contact the courier and didn’t email me back.

It was great experience, searching the different sizes an d forms und getting in touch with the team

Great experience. We had ordered a big picture and upon arrival, it had a minor damage. Dotcomcanvas immediately offered replacement and we got redelivered the week after. They even offered to keep the damaged picture. I can only share that this was great service!

This weekend I received the order and I must say I was quite disappointed.
Firstly we were out when the order was delivered. I say delivered it was thrown over the wall and left outside.
One of the corners where it had landed was dented and made a slight mark on the canvas corner.
When looking to hang the canvas I found the hanging kit to be of no use. It was very poor quality and the cord was to short to go across the width of the canvas. I ended up purchasing a much better quality hanging kit from my local shop.
I also noticed the frame vertical piece of wood isnt central and this made hanging more difficult because if you place the kit central the painting cannot hang level.

I have the acrylglass Lebron James, which was really nice. Support team very responsive, and finally delivered my order in time

Bad quality, the acryl glass is bended on top and bottom part of the painting. And the hanging kit does not support the weight of the painting meaning that the painting can fall off the wall easily. And their customer services pretend that they don’t understand the problem!

Do not order from Dotcom Canvas!

I ordered a canvas and wanted to return it.

You have 2 options if you want to return an item, you either send an email or you can click on a link on their web page and fill out a return form, which of course is the easiest way, and that was what I did.

However when you do that you do not receive a confirmation email that you wish to return the item. When I did not hear from them for over 4 weeks, I contacted them to get an update about my return.
They said that I did not fill out a return form and now it was too late for me to return the canvas since I received it more than 4 weeks ago.
Given the fact that they do not send a confirmation email or anything when you fill out the return form on their web page you can not do anything.

I have no case cause I can not prove that I´ve filled out the return form. For them case closed, and for me I just have to accept loosing 200 eur.

Lousy customer service, they make you feel like a liar. You feel so cheated.
