Dossive is a scam company

Dossive is a scam company. I ordered a few pieces of clothing on 3/18/24 and emailed them several times for status/delivery estimate. They sent a link that didn’t work.

The original website said the items would come from Los Angeles but the updates they gave me said coming through China. They only gave me update screenshots of the “delivery information“ from their carrier.

On 4/20/24 they said it was delivered but I have a Ring doorbell which showed no one tried to deliver anything. I told them that and they refunded the price of my order after I reported them to my credit card.
