Order shipping question

I had a question about an order that seemed to be delayed in being shipped, and customer service was amazing in keeping me informed as to the status and when I could expect my order. They were very helpful and it seemed like they cared about transparency and satisfaction in handling the situation, and overall it was a great experience in addition to being a great product.

Aftersale service is excellent

The refund process and return is not working on their site. And they cannot do it when asked via email. Due to some incidents with the generator.

Got an email that I will get a refund and I can keep the items. The after sale support is outstanding!

Great overall experience

I have nothing but good things to say about Dossier. All the scents that I've purchased from them have all been amazing. The customer service is on point, and I'd definitely recommend putting an order in with them. The great part about them that I liked is that they also have store fronts you can visit to sample these scents. The staff in these stores are well knowledgeable about the product and very attentive.

This is the best company you could ever…

This is the best company you could ever order perfume from. Their perfumes smell amazing and their spot onto the originals.

I placed an order with Dossier

I placed an order with Dossier, I received the wrong product.
Contacted them, and the Ambery Jasmine I wanted and ordered is on it's way to me right now.
I did all the inquiry thru email, it was quick and easy and Dossier just wanted to make me happy.
I am very happy and can't wait to try Ambery Jasmine.
Dossier scents are wonderful, don't hesitate, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Exceptional Customer Service!

Discovered Dossier when I was looking for a dupe for a very expensive TF scent I love. Found an exact match in the Floral Jasmine. It smells incredible and has lasting power! On a customer service note - I had a FANTASTIC experience. I also purchased 2 additional scents. One I loved and the other smelled off to me. I had some difficulty initiating a return so I sent a quick mesg through the customer service portal. Got an IMMEDIATE response and then a resolution with 24 hours. They have a customer for life. Excellent product with customer service to match! Couldn't ask for better!

I'd give this zero stars if I could

I'd give this zero stars if I could. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. No integrity at all. I purchased perfume for my wife for valentine's day, which I paid for. Then they charged me an additional $39.90 to my credit card for absolutely nothing at all. I want a refund. Please never trust this company their dishonesty and underhanded business practice is breathtakingly bad.

Smells off

The products were received in good condition, however, I'm not happy with the quality of the ones I received today. I bought their perfume a couple of times from a different platform and did not have issues with it. Today, the bottles I received smells really off, like a very old bottle of perfume that smells metallic. Would not be purchasing again because eventhough it's cheaper than the actual ones, your perfume were not cheap.So disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service.

I made a mistake with the name of the fragrance I ordered and realised that I already had another version (d'uh) but I contacted customer service and my mistake was quickly rectified.

I will definitely order again and recommend them to family and friends.
