Two weeks past the advised shipping…
Two weeks past the advised shipping time, my order hasn’t moved and I only know that because a tracking number I was given days ago shows zero activity.
I’m not sure what’s more frustrating: the delay itself, or the fact that I’ve had to chase down that information myself. The updates provided have been vague, the responses feel copy-pasted (and frankly, AI-generated), and there’s been no clear acknowledgement of what’s actually gone wrong or when it will be resolved.
Preorders carry an implicit promise that a company has its logistics under control. Right now, nothing about this experience suggests that’s the case.
