Two weeks past the advised shipping…

Two weeks past the advised shipping time, my order hasn’t moved and I only know that because a tracking number I was given days ago shows zero activity.

I’m not sure what’s more frustrating: the delay itself, or the fact that I’ve had to chase down that information myself. The updates provided have been vague, the responses feel copy-pasted (and frankly, AI-generated), and there’s been no clear acknowledgement of what’s actually gone wrong or when it will be resolved.

Preorders carry an implicit promise that a company has its logistics under control. Right now, nothing about this experience suggests that’s the case.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company – no delivery, no refund, no accountability

It has been over a month since I placed my order, and I have received nothing. No product, no proper update—just a stream of meaningless, copy-and-paste apology emails.

Let’s be clear: apologising repeatedly while doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue is not “customer service.” It’s stalling.

I requested a full refund, and since then, communication has conveniently stopped. That tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates when they actually owe you money.

At this point, it feels less like incompetence and more like deliberate avoidance.

I would strongly recommend staying well away. If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what this would get.
