Dorset Nursing Supplies is a family owned business and an established and well-respected medical supply company within the NHS and the care industry. We have been a provider of medical supplies, medical equipment and incontinence supplies since 1985. We also provide our engineering services where we will fix and repair any medical equipment such as hoists, beds and much more. Our store is based in Bournemouth, Dorset, however we deliver worldwide so everyone can enjoy our amazing deals! When an order is placed from within the UK we aim to deliver it by the next day (subject to stock availability). We are happy to hear any and all reviews so we can keep our standards high! I recently had a problem with my ear…

I recently had a problem with my ear irrigation unit. I knew it was out of warranty but wanted to ask what could be done about it.
Steve was very helpful and said it could be sent off to be fixed and he would find out cost etc for me, as I wasn’t sure if it would be worth sending off, or getting a new one.
Without fail he called me the next day, and I decided it would be more beneficial to just order a new one instead.
I just wanted to say thank you. It was a pleasure dealing with Dorset Nursing Supplies and special thanks to Steve for his quick service and help, he was amazing. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and received it the following Tuesday. You can’t get much better than that!
Thank you. I would highly recommend this company.
