Horrible product. Worse return process.
I have emailed with customer service for almost 2 weeks now in an attempt to return 2 pillow cases that I never used. I was not happy with the feel of the material - like a cheap Disney princess costume. They make the return process extremely frustrating and complicated and I am still waiting for approval to send my return back - despite completing detailed online form and sending photos. A ridiculous process. I would absolutely not recommend purchasing anything from this vendor.

I love this sleepwear set
I love this sleepwear set. So easy to just throw on and relax. It’s comfy without feeling sloppy which is hard to find. I’ve been wearing it almost every night and even just around the house. Might grab another soon tbh.

I would have liked to give zero stars
If I could have given zero stars I would have. I purchased recently and the product was too small. I purchased a M and am usually XS/S but it was too small by far. I tried to exchange the product at first but this was way too difficult to manage with them, I asked for a refund and it took many many emails and much communication before they sent me a refund link, despite their website saying 100 day return policy, when I did receive the link I had to pay return postage, which is normal process, but they charged me $20USD to return the parcel to Victoria using Australia Post. If I had purchased a return with aus post myself I could have sent it for $9.70 and they were absolutely non-negotiable on anything.
Now they have told me it could take up to 10 days to assess my return before they do a refund and then a refund takes another 5-10days.
This site is absolutely a scam if you need to return or exchange anything.
The unfortunate thing is I really liked and wanted the sleepwear but the response to needing to return the item was ridiculous and turned me against any further interaction with this company.

Okay but this mask!
Okay but this mask!! It actually stays on all night which never happens for me. I toss around a lot and usually wake up with things halfway off but this one just stays put. Also doesn’t press on my eyes which is huge for me. feels like I’m wearing nothing most nights.

I’ve had issues with masks pressing on my eyes before but this one doesn’t. It sits gently and feels soft. Also blocks light really well. Makes it easier to fall asleep faster.

I have been using the pillowcases for months and am extremely satisfied with them. Therefore, I ordered 2 pillowcases in a new color.
A product was missing from the delivery, and I only discovered this a few weeks after delivery. Even though I reported it late, the product was still sent free of charge. The email contact was incredibly friendly and caring.
