    They replaced a defective bracelet with no problem.

    What made my experience great. Was the fact that they replaced a defective bracelet that I ordered first And there was absolutely no problem in getting a new custom bracelet ordered, and shipping was fast. I love Dorado jewelry. I will be placing another order.

    Make sure the name on earring are…

    Make sure the name on earring are facing outward. The earing with the name Nanette...one was set correctly the other is facing in and so it's backwards. Other than that I'm good 👍. The letters are nice and I'm grateful. * I can send picture if it will help...

    I ordered 3 necklaces

    Update: I emailed DORADO after receiving an empty box, in less then 24hrs they reshipped me my necklace I was missing, customer service was through email only but they were super quick to make things right.

    I ordered 3 necklaces, 2 shipped and 1 was costume, shipping wasnt horrible it was 4 days late but its ok usps in slow, my problem is when I received my two necklaces I had my daughter open them for me because she was just excited as I was, she opens the box and there is absolutely no jewelry in the first box, we open the next box and that box was correct,also my necklace wasnt in the cute packaging that they advertise it was in the complicated box in a little baggy, i contacted costumer service so I will edit this once I get an answer,

    Happy Customer

    All of the pieces that I got were beautiful. I got 6 pieces in total and the quality is amazing. This is my second time purchasing from Dorado, and I will be buying more to gift to a few family members.
