Payment pending for 4 days — no credit added, no support
I purchased a single VPS and topped up my account for one month. As the month was ending and my credit was running out, I made another payment four days ago. The payment still shows pending and no credit has been added to my account. I’ve reached out to support every day, but I haven’t received any reply. Customer service feels non-existent, and my business— which depends on this VPS— is now being harmed.

This site is definitely a scam
This site is definitely a scam. Even the support didn't respond the next day. I cursed at them and my account was immediately blocked. Why? Because they are scammers and took all my money.

1. Console/terminal access giving "Bad Gateway" error ( tried with vultr, digitalocean and scaleway clouds )

SCAM
I bought Hetzner servers from them, the server cannot send packet to every ipv4 address that i tested (i tested 4 ip address of my other servers around the world and non of them worked), the support page on the site doesn't even works, it goes to sign in loop. I don't know why i tried them but yeah it's a scam.
