I ordered an internal door from this company as I was let down by another supplier, I placed the order on Monday morning and I received it within 24 hours. Great service!

awful customer service. ordered 20 doors and one arrived damaged. wouldn't accept responsibility and told us to buy a new one to replace. utter cheek.

Would be ok for this price BUT was inadequately packaged. Aluminium strip needs some strengthening inside packaging, not just a thin polythene cover.

Terrible. Will be starting legal action against them in 14 days assuming they yet again ignore my emails/letters/calls.

Recommended for anyone looking for new doors. Excellent products, fairly priced, helpful and friendly customer service team.

I am delighted with the service I received. I had a slight problem which was dealt with efficiently, quickly and in a polite and courteous manner. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I was looking for a Warwick door, found the one on doorsworld part of worldstore group, but the door was out of stock. After searching the internet I found one on door web, I called door web as the door was also shown as out of stock. I spoke to the customer adviser on Friday 22nd and was adviced the door would be sent direct and should be with me by Friday 29th. Good news the door was delivered by 9am this morning, 1st class service from doorweb. The door was cheaper than doorsworld. The delivery company e-mailed to confirm delivery time. Very happy with the service provided.

My order arrived with damages. I have sent the company photos of the damages and they have refused to send replacements out until they have been able to inspect themselves. This has left me with no choice but to send them back and have a full refund. The company would rather me do this than help me in any other way. Poor customer service. Lauren was much more helpful than her manager who was rude and abrupt and hung up on me before I could finish my conversation. Will never use again and advise all others to do the same.

Really quick delivery, the only place to offer quick delivery of product, it was in stock and the delivery was free. I will be using again for the new doors when renovating my parents cottage.

Nobody answer .The door was wrong size ,I send a lot of emails and messages on Facebook but nobody answer .I return the door ,but still not get my money back !!!!
