Very friendly and unobtrusive discussions with Dawn regarding my choice of sofa. She provided all necessray information regarding options of colour, optional modular arrangements and information with accessories and even carpet types, colours etc. All follow up information eg prices, delivery estimates, removal of old furniture if needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Doorway to Value to my friends and would like to thank Dawn for her professionalism during my visit.

As always, purchasing from Doorway To Value was a positive experience. The choice is extensive. We were left free to look around at our leisure, without anyone pushing us and following us around, but knowing that the sales person was there for us to ask for any help.
When we had chosen a number of options (of matresses), Ian Ryan was excellent in providing us with the relevant information and time to enable us to confidently make the right choice.

on the telephone enquiring over the Mosel recliner chair, I had retained the photograph out of the winter brochure
I eventually met up with Peter to complete the order, it has been a pleasure to meet and complete the sale.

I have visited the store previously with my Daughter when she chose & ordered a corner sofa with recliners
When I visited myself 5 days ago I had a good look around & when I needed help & advice Jason was only too pleased to offer his expertise
I subsequently ordered two sofa’s with recliners
Just a shame it’s such a long wait until delivery but I am looking forward ro receiving them

I called in to order a couple of Ercol sofas. Steve Corns was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of helpful advice regarding my purchase.
My order was dealt with efficiently, but at a relaxed pace, and Steve makes a great brew!
Already thinking about other areas in my house to be furnished.

We wanted to buy a single bed but did not know which to choose. Ian was so knowledgeable and informative that we soon decided which one we preferred.

Ian Ryan met us in the store and enquired about our requirements, before showing us the items of furniture that potentially met our needs, without any sales pressure.
We soon narrowed it down to a manufacturer. After a short thinking period and a second visit to confirm our thoughts, we placed the order.

No pressure sales. Staff do not shadow you as you browse (which I find uncomfortable) but available when required. The store has a very good selection of sofas and the decision took some time to make but Dawn was very patient. This is my second sofa from the company and the only reason for change was for style. Prices are very reasonable for a quality product. Good communication regarding progress of order and delivery was exceptional. Staff were respectful of the property and ensured my neighbours driveway was not blocked. They were helpful, friendly and polite. They set up the sofa nicely and explained everything regarding the cleaning package. I highly recommend Doorway to Value.

We have purchased several items from Doorway to Value and have returned as we have always been very pleased with the service from the staff. When we were approached by Danny Balcerzac who offered to help us if we needed guidance on anything. He was so helpful and friendly but so professional too. He did not push us at any time and let us take the swatches away make our decision over the next few days. His advice was invaluable and made us feel confident that we had made the correct decision.

Danny Balcerzak was very professional, he knew product information and was very informative. There was No pressure selling which is what we liked and that’s why we bought.

I like the feel of this place. It isn't in the least old-fashioned but the atmosphere, service and customer service are those of more courteous times. We purchased from Kelly, who was polite, knowledgeable and not in the least pushy. Mention must also be given to Darren who helped us enormously when we were undecided about a different type of furniture. Both are assets to the company.

As a dedicated returning customer to Doorway to Value for the last 20 years - the customer service is excellent. On my most recent visit I was looked after by Jason Breeze - such a lovely guy! Nothing was too much trouble. I was in the shop for over half a day choosing a few items - such a lovely experience. Having taken delivery of the items I was also impressed with Doorway to Value’s delivery team.

We were served by Kelly who was very helpful & friendly but not at all pushy. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

The great thing about Doorway to Value (for me) is the lack of hard sell (you know the "buy it today and we'll offer...." you get in some places). We went to look at mattresses, bed frames and other bedroom bits and the salesman (Ian Ryan) just gave us the information we needed and left us to look around under our own steam. A few days later we went back to see Ian and placed an order - again no hard sell for extra's, Ian explained everything clearly.
Overall its just a relaxing easy process to buy here, and they do price match (though the prices offered were the best I could see).
