Do not use these guys. Spend your money wisely selsewhere.

First and foremost I will always be an advocate for supporting small business 'BUT' they must a)provide service advertised b) be supportive for after sales/use of service. My iPhone 14Pro Max needed a screen repair. Yes, they turned up on time, but that's the end of the good. Please note 'THEY DO NOT USE GENUINE PARTS'. A little more than 24hrs later, the phone is running hot to the point sometimes it will not charge. The screen is embarrassingly slow/non responsive to the point sometimes I give up sending messages.

I have tried messaging, calling and emailing and they simply do not respond. Its understandable why they are using a mobile service model.

DO NOT USE. Go to a store for your phone fixes. SImply not worth the inflated pricing!

Really poor

Really poor. He promised to come by 12pm. He wasted all my day and keeps telling me that he’s coming but never turned up. He stops answering my messages and calls. I don’t understand, If these guys don’t want work then why promise for it. Not coming back to them.

They ignore you

The bloke turned up abit late but still turned up very polite and knowledgeable. Replaced my daughter iPhone 15 screen showing me everything he was doing willing to show me how to repair them. It didn’t take him too long. My daughter is happy it’s back working properly. Thank you for fixing it quickly. Also told me it come with a a 3 month touch and faulty warranty. After 1 1/2 months the phone screen is faulty so called them they asked for details on it and pics sent them for them to ignore me after that. They also said there is a £25 surcharge for them to come back out and fix the problem.

These guys are fantastic...they are…

These guys are fantastic...they are really knowledgeable and the work on my is immaculate. They arrived in a timely manner, really polite and helpful. Absolutely recommend them for repairs. The gentleman who fixed my phone really took great care and practiced caution in repairs. 💯 brilliant

The technician was a really nice lad…

The technician was a really nice lad but the screen repair has made the phone borderline unusable. Laggy and mistypes things, feels like I’m using a phone that needs 20 updates. Assume cheap shit parts. Don’t use these. Not worth the hassle.

I booked a battery replacement at my home due to being unable to go out due to recent surgery.

The technician arrived 20 minutes late on foot. He told me the job would take 20-25 mins. After about 20 minutes he told me there was a screw missing from my phone when he opened it up and because of the missing screw the new battery won’t work. After I asked how the previous battery had worked with the screw missing he admitted that he had lost the screw. He said he would have to get a bus from my house in Blaby to the city centre to get a new screw. In the meantime I would be without my phone. He said this would take him quite a few hours unless we would drive him and he could have it done in 5 minutes. Feeling pressured my partner agreed to drive him the 25 minutes into the city.
Once arrival the technician left saying he would be 5 minutes. He arrived back 50 minutes later!
I had already agreed with the technician that payment would be made online via the link I had been sent. He got into the car handed my partner the repaired phone and then asked for payment. My partner stated that it had already been agreed on two occasions that the payment was going to be made online (£20 deposit had already been paid in this manner)
The technician continued to insist that payment needed to be made there and refused to leave the car despite repeated requests. My partner feeling quite intimidated by this man’s refusal to get out of her car then had to resort to shouting loudly that alerted people passing by. He then got out of the car.

After lodging a complaint I was given £15 off the remaining £45 bill.
I initially refused to pay the bill as I was so outraged by the service I had received. However I have since paid the bill. The convenient door to door 20 min service ended up costing 2.5 hours of our time and the fuel for a 50 minute car journey.
The actual battery replacement seems to be working well.
I’ve had a very pleasant email inviting me to contact the company should I experience any issues with my battery. Sadly this experience has tarnished my trust in this company and should I have any problems I would seek assistance elsewhere.

While we understand that this experience may have impacted your trust in us, we stand by the quality of our repairs and remain committed to excellent customer service. Should you ever reconsider giving us another opportunity, we would be happy to ensure a smoother experience.
